Poor Customer Service
I have BSNL broadband connection. I really appreciate the bandwidth speed and the quality of BSNL, but recently, I'm having continuous problems with the service. I usually get the error 678 unable to connect the remote host. When I checked the Router Status it says that PPP is down. Which, as per my knowledge the issue at the exchange level. This happens very frequently and I had to raise many complaints in this regard. Apparently, the BSNL customer care which claims a 24/7 support never picked my calls after 10 PM anyday. The IVR says connecting to the customer care executive and just keeps on hold for ever. This happens only during night times. During the day they just close the tickets even if the status is still not resolved. This is really pathetic and I have to again create another ticket for the same issue which again takes a 24 hrs ETA. I feel BSNL should improve the quality of customer care and support and pickup in the market with such a best infrastructure in the country.
