How can I Know The Account Usage of 500 plan of BSNL Broadband

The bsnl account management site which allows us to view our usages is not opening.Its irritating me and driving me mad.This problem is quite frequent.I request u to do somethng in this regard or i will unsubscribe from bsnl broadband services.

I could not open my Portal ID to check the usage on 29 10 2008

BSNL BB Service is an utter failure, never pay attention to tahe Customer coplaints. Unlike other PSUs, there would n't be any positive response, if you approach higher officials of BSNL when lower level official s fail to resolve the grievances.

The bsnl account management site from where the broadband usage is seen could not be opened for the last five 3 days.
Occassionaly this problem arises. It is most irritable that the site could not be accessed most of the time, and the usage could not be viewed. Please do something so that consumer gets proper and uninterrupt service.

I AM UNABLE TO ACCESS THE BROADBAND ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT PAGE TO VIEW MY USAGE THIS HAS BEEN CARRYING ON FOR QUITE SOMETIME NOW WILL THE AUTHORITIES LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND RECTIFY THE PROBLEM
