SHOWING USAGES THOUGH I HAD NOT USED
I was on tour to Gangotri for 15 days.Still I am shocked to see that my broadband connection was used.I live in Pune and I am a customer of BSNL BROADBAND SERVICES. My phone number is24230441 (Phone is on my brothers name)through which broadband is connected.When contacted they only say that someone had used it.But who? They should show me details and must have shown me that in that particular period theservice had been used by my computer? Is there any remedy to monitor my broadband usage ?

excess of broadband usage is coming on bill.even though i had used it under control.
very dissapointed with bsnl service.
over Rs900 extra has accounted 4 my xtra usage.
