[Resolved] BSNL — Misbehaviour of the customer care officer | |
I called to customer care on 19/01/2009 at 06:40 PM from[protected]. The way customer care officer was talking is rediculous. Instead of giving proper information he started shouting when i asked when my complaint will resolved. Please take the proper action against BSNl customer care. Dear Sir,
PLease note that I am a regular customer of Idea net setter ( post paid connection )I have changed my residential flat in the same city and applied /given a request for change of billing address three months back and still the supporting documents are being given to th Idea gallery (My Telelink, Panvel - Navi Mumbai.), but could get the success and your customer care representatives are not giving any proper response .
Kindly help me to solve the problem.
