[Resolved]  BSNL — landline phone dead

Dear Sir,
Our Landline Phone No:[protected] has been dead since last 15 days, I have also resister the complaint regarding this to telephone officer of navrangpura AHMEDABAD Mr. RATHOD PANKAJ whose No is [protected] but no one has come to attend the problem and still phone is in the same condition, responcible are doing at office?
BSNL is only punctual in the service of sending the bills on time.

My landline no.[protected] is not working from last 15 days . it is totaly dead right now for that we are suffering with problems . please note our complaint & do your best for quick service so we can satisfy with your service . please solve my problems as soon as possible. i hope your customer service will proov your service is quite better than another call services.

Landline Telephone in Takarla is really in bad condition. Telephones are not working from more than 2 weeks. If there is little wind or rain than landline telephones dead for 2-3 weeks. There is no one to sort out this problem. Please provide someone who is responsible to listen to complaints and can solve the problems as soon as possible. Thanks

My telephone 27945037 is dead since yesterday.When I make complaint on 198 or 27222198 with my mobile phone, my complaint is not being taken fully and at the time of giving my contact number the service is abruptly coming to a stop.Kindly do needful to rectify my phone.
