[Resolved]  BSNL — [Phone Number : 25236287] Extremely pathetic service of BSNL

On January 12th 2009 I made a decision of getting a BSNL connection with unlimited broadband, I was very happy to see the attractive plans from bsnl. I guess that was one of the worst decisions I made going for a BSNL, after calling and hovering around the officers desk I finally got a connection on february (exactly 1.5 months) although I was promised that I would get the connection in 1 week time. Anyways I was happy to have a telephone connection the guy who came to install it at my place said that the broadband will take 2 more days ( to be appropriate BSNL TWO DAYS ) finally I got the broadband after 15 days, but I must say BSNL billing is amazing no matter I use the broadband for only a week I got the bill for the whole month + a heavy installation charge ( 2500/- )*

Well I didnt mind paying the money as the broadband was working fine until one fine weekend (on February 2009 ) my phone was dead suddenly, I called up 1500 from my cell and register a complain I was said that it will be rectified in 3 hours after 12 hours the phone was still dead, I called up 1500 again they said its pending at outdoor (dono wat they meant by that) and gave me a number, I called that number 100 times but either it was busy or no reply (which clearly shows that BSNL people are not interested at all). Well after 3 days I got the phone working thats when I came to know BSNL 3 hours is actually 3 days.

From then onwards every fortnight my phone goes dead, or my broadband stops working, I registered numerous complains but all in vain all they know is the word 3 hours, and if you call in 1500 they will ask to call 1504 which I guess routes to place where no one is there to receive a call, once I had a great luck to get through and the service guy said that in 24 hours I will get it resolved (atleast something other than 3 ) but then he said its actually BSNL 24 hours which is actually 3 working days (so it again came back to 3 :) ) still the broadband doesn't work for me already 2 weeks over :).

Well now let me compare BSNL with other products in Airtel there is no installation fees*, moreover I used an Airtel connection for more than 1.5 years but not even a single minute the service was down. Well If I am not wrong BSNL is telecom sector since 50 years which in comparision to Airtel is quite high, which is in market for only 10 years still BSNL is not matured in this area. Moreover if you dont have capability to provide a connection properly you should not take the connection requistion itself.And the installation is done the very same day in Airtel, for which BSNL took 2 months.

Well I guess this pathetic state of BSNL is in Karnataka only I have been to many places and have used BSNL many times but this kind of "DONT CARE attitude of BSNL" lies only in here. Its so funny when I see BSNL talks about so many service when it cannot provide a simple services like a Basic Phone.

Well as of now I just want one favor "Please get my line disconnected as I dont want BSNL PLEASE".
