FTV Model from 58888 — how to unsub FTVmodel

sir i want to unsubscribe the FTVModel message coming from 58888.
ihave already sent the unsub message to 58888 but it was not responded.
it provide me a site namely http://203.199.70.160/site/t.jsp?=868 to unsub this but i could not open this site. so please help me.
