BSNL — Req. for deactivation DEVOTIONAL ALARM

Inspite of several req. made for deactivation of Devotional alarm from 1255536,
no action been taken so far .My mob. no.[protected]
costomer care for bsnl comp.no.k[protected] dt.nov.28.2009
and k[protected] dt. nov23,2009.
pls help us.

my devotional alaram is not deactivating...even coustomer is makimg fool or he is fool itself.

Sir iam trying by four month for deactivate devotional alarm, but devotional alarm is not deactivating and customer care is helping.

Despite several request to immediate deactivation of devotional alarm on my cell no.[protected], no action has been taken from your side and rs.50 is being deducted every fort nightly.My id is rajesh2011.[protected]@rediffmail.com.

You are again requested to immediately discontinue devotional alarm on my cell no.
