Our telephone number is 22902849 is not working from two days and you please note that in every monsoon season often phone is not working properly and I have complain orally in the Odhav office but no result is seen .
Sir now please repair our faulty telephone number very soon and make some permanent solution for the monsoon season.

My landline number[protected] is dead / out-of -order from last 10 days. I went to Jayanagar exchange (Bangalore) and asked the person named Krishna about this. He told the repairman has not come from last 15 days.

This is disgusting. These people are not picking phone also.

My telephone linw not woekinf since October due to breaking of line as repairing work carried out by National Highway Authority, Sir this work already over in the month of January -2009, I called to Responsible officer of the Jhalod Exchange to reconnection my telephone line but so far said work is pending and my telephone No.[protected] is out of order last five month and above, I am losing heavy revenue from this telephone as this is coin box connection.

BSNL is a thirdclass seva in AHMEDABAD. T here is nobudy can hear to complain of its costmar, there are lotof telephoe are totaly ded from last two month but bill become full of payment. How it is possible?
There is it's miter shows nil but their officear is not know about it.

with refrence to the complain as per given to about the telepjhone no 236943 we are trying are level best already we have reconnected the telephone line

My telephone have dead not working since 19/08/09, I have called to Responsible person on 20/08/09 at nearby Telephone Exchange Tiuri at Distt. Una Himachal Pradesh to repair my telephone line but till today the position is same, no activity done and phone is out of order. I have facing this type of problem so many time during one or two months continuesly but no parmanent solution. Today I have again noted down my complaint for same vide complaint No 954 dt 24/08/09 at 198 at Tel. Exchange o[censored]na (HP).
You are requested to solve this matter at your level and do the needful at the earliest.

I have a land line and Broad band connection in my house. I am facing problem with my Land line since 21st February 2011, so that I couldn’t access my internet too.

The telephone cable was not properly installed to my house. I have given complaint many times. Myself and my wife are working, so we are available in the house after 4.00 pm only. We have insisted this to my Keelkattalai telephone exchange office. But the problem was not solved yet.

Do the needful for correct the land line and Broadband connection at the earliest.

My land line no. is[protected] which has been out of order for the last three months. It falls under telephone exchange Chiryai, Udhampur. On contacting with the official, he told me that Batteries have been shifted to some other place and hence phone will work only when there is light, but even then the phone didn, t work, on asking about the reason it was told that card has been shifted to some other place and without card exchane can not work.It is very sorry to say that we have availed the connections so that we may get Broad band service of the company, but it seems that company wants to descourage its customers so that due to continuse disappointment they may discontinue their connections. It is pertinent to mention that this exchange feeds three main areas, Chiryai, Sundrani, Dhanoo and Mutal, but callousness on the part of company towards the innocent villagers, led them to discontinue their connection.It is requested to kindly see into the matter and activate our connections please.
