I have not activated BSNL Caller tunes. My Cell no. 9441705725. Still it got activated on January 22, 2009. Rs.37/39 was deducted from sim. I sent a message BT DACT to 56700 for deactivation. My caller tune was not deactivated. I contacted BSNL betn 10th - 15th February. They used to say that server is down or call after 24hours. On 15th again I sent a message for De-activation BT DACT to 56700. After two days I found that Rs.12/- was deducted. When I contacted the service center. They registered my complaint (complaint no.332721) and said they will look into it. For safe side I again deactivated by sending message on 21 february 2009. Rs.25/- was deducted from my sim. What should I do. BSNL services are worse and to get back to their service people takes me min. of 45 minutes. If my luck is good and the lame excuse i get is server is down. Pls de-activate my BSNL Tune.

Ditto is my problem. My mobile no. 9440354692. Even though I did not request for the tune, it got activated and was informed that I can cancel only when BSNL Confirms at the end of the month, whether my account can be debited with the amount for renewal OR Cancel by sending an SMS Y or N.
However I did not receive their request and my account was automatically debited with the amount.
On informing their office in Visakhapatnam, they told me to contact their call centre no, viz 9440024365 for which i had to wait for several minutes but of no use. Added to this, they kept on harping on their advertisements for their products.I am so frustrated with their services. I request through you to kindly arrange for deactivation of caller tune for my cell no.9440354692

Hello sir, Iam yogesh this is my mobile number 9449977058, I sent BT DACT to 56700.After sending 2 Rs was deducted and I got a messege that 'Y'.wat it mean.really i do not know.do you want me to spend 2 more Rs to you, i dont know.and it was not deactivated too, please deactivate my caller tune.really i would say your NETWORK And service is VERY VERY BAD and even your officers they dont have good humanism to talk to customer, when we come to your office.Ex:i went to (NR COLONY ) one of your office, their your staff behaved like animal.

Sir i have an account in bsnl.onmobil.com.Now i cant login to that...so sir can i delet my account and start a new account...
When Creating a new account the display is user exists.what to do sir...
It is the easy way to assing caller tunes.In that we can hear song, assign tunes online...so help me to continue using...my user name is nvntitu

The best that we can do is register a complaint with some consumer forum.i thing we should catch the guy who came up with such a idea and make him pay up for all are caller tune bill.
