I get hundreds of commercial unwanted SMS on my mobile 2 tons o[censored]nwanted emails on my accountso that I waste my time in deleting Sms & email . The wanted is overlooked in this process. Once I got a commercial email at midnight. i was frightened to read as I thought some near dear got ill. At 62 I can not afford to suffer like this.

BSNL Cellone — UNWANTED MEESAGER

I am the consumer of BSNL Mobile and i have been provided the Mobile No. [protected].. i have been receiving the calls from [protected] that they are receiving SMS from my mobile, , , , but for your kind information i have not sent any kind of SMS to this mobile neither i know the above mentioned mobile no. user.

When i called over the Customer care they are not ready to lodge my complaint nor ready to verify what exactly happened why the above mentioned mobile is receiving SMS from my mobile when actually i have not sent..

This problem has started since 23.12.2008...

Now i would like request you that kindly instruct the concerned department regarding the above said problem and get me out of the unnecessary mental tension.

I hope you will help in this regard to solve the problem as early as possible.

Even I am getting since last 2 -3 days. Today till now got 2 sms ( Now its 2.05 p.m) and Rs 2 got cut from my prepaid balance. Please help me anyone know about this.

I am also a BSNL Cellone customer in bangalore. I am also getting SMS from 52906001 and there are charging 1 Re per SMS this happened twice to me first one was on 30 Nov 5.20 pm and second one was on 9 Dec 11.07 am. I have called customer care thrice(obviously negative reply), first time there said you might have subscribed to some service check it using *456*00# (I have not subscribed to any services) and call us back. when i called second time there said the system is down now call us latter. the funniest thing is when i called third time they them selves where not able to trace whose number is this. there assured me there will send me the SMS after tracing within two hours. Now its almost 24hrs no reply from them. let me try calling them tomorrow. lets hope we will get our money back :)

Today, I too had received the unwanted SMS twice from 50906001 and Rs.1 got deducted for each SMS. Please inform me to call which number to complain. I'm a prepaid BSNL Customer. For such fradulant debit, I should file my protest immediately. Hence help me out. Is there any way to stop receiving mails. Inform me if any?

I am " [protected] " (Pune).I havenot subscribed jokes sms facility on my mobile, but jkes have been sending me from 543212 , when i called to customercare he received the call and then cut my call, i agained called and lodged complain , my Reference No. is 0 "[protected]" , he assured me that it is not fault from my side and it is deactivated by him, and my money is going to be returned with in 4 hours.
But just after this money has been again deducted from my balance, when i again tried then got that my cell no. is blocked against customercare no..I gain tried another day he assured me in a same way lodge my complain, my other reference no. is "[protected] "... Has AIRTEL started collecting revenue through this new mode ? It must think about its reputation and goodwill in the market.

BSNL — Fraudulent SMS

HI,

My telephone number is [protected]. I received an SMS stating if I answer 15questions I will get Rs 10,000.00. I answered all the 15 questions and Rs 3.00 was deducted for each SMS that I replied. I got all the answers correct and after the last answer I received an SMS that the offer is closed for the day. It is purely a case of fraud. I want to take it further.

Each day India plays I lose 3 Rs. I want to de-activate this service.

i want to register for do not disturb.please give me that facility.
