[Resolved]  BSNL Cellone — FORCED CHARGING OF CALLER TUNE

I have a cell one mobile no. [protected]. However despite my repeated complaint to the customer care jhansi & Agra. My caller tune service are being charged for last the 03 month while i have never consented for this. I have sent messages on 56700 for numbers of times but it says "YOUR REQUEST IS ALREADY PENDING". Neither I am being given facility discontinue or continue this facility for the last three month. On personel contact with BSNL customer care office at Jhansi & Sanjay Place Agra they have provided no. [protected], [protected] respectively but these two phones are not working. One Mr. malkeet Singh having mobile no. [protected] at customer care Agra has taken my complaint for the needful and further suggested to different higher officials no. [protected], [protected] but none could redress my complaint till date. Kindly bring this fact to your senior officials who ever is compitant for this redressal and advice accordingly to me.

Yes.you are right.Bsnl is sick.They are gone mad.I also have this problem.But in an another way.I have been charging for my bsnl tunes for 2 months even after the deactivation of the caller tunes.
Bad Networking
I have a cell one mobile no. [protected]. But i have lost it in during on the way. I have applied for another SIM. I got. But the SIM is being not activate. After complaining there is no result. I got the SIM(No.[protected] dated on 21/06/2008.
But still my SIM is not being activate.
So, I am suffering mental tension.

I am requesting you to look into this matter.
I got the complaint no.[protected].

Pl response my mail.
Otherwise i will take necessary action.

My mobile no.[protected].Basically I'm from Tamilnadu and during my stay in Mumbai lost my mobile.I didn't have noted my SIM no.
Can I apply for a duplicate SIM without knowing the number.I request to hlep me out in this matter.

to deactivate caller tune plz follow this method

"Sms BT DACT to 56700 to deactivate service"

after snding you will receive this messge stating

" your request has been recived. the bsnl tunes service will be deactivated on your BSNL Phone with in 24 hrs"

I am using 500+ BSNL Broad Band Connection. I am not able to access the iccibank website. Bsnl people should look into and solve the issue.

Yesterday I got a call and I was informed of the caller tunes, I was interested and I did according to the instructions and after few minutes, I got an SMS from 56700 and it read BSNL Tunes subscribed successfully and you have been charged Rs. 20 for your BSNL Tunes request and again I got an SMS from the same number saying that you have been charged Rs. 12 for your BSNL tunes request but till now no Caller Tune has been set. Now I have really lost interest in this, so please deactivate the tune for this number [protected]

sir i am anson i am using bsnl student plan prepaid no. the no is [protected] now i want change my plan to general excel. so many time i try through customer care but no response so pls take necessary action to change my plan
