[Resolved]  BSNL Cellone — Bsnl tunes deactivation problem

hi, this is raj kanth from vijayawada and m number is [protected]. i have a caller tune but iwant to canclle it i said the request to customer care but there is no resond

from the past one month i have been just trying to deactivate my caller tune or to change the caller tune neither of them is done n the customer care is not responding well plz solve the problem

my cell no.[protected], caller tune not working already debited Rs.20/- from my account.

I fixed my callertune from another bsnl mobile no by pressing " * " .my callertune is not fixed as song what i had listen but they gave me a message to my mobile what i had listen, after cuting the fixed caller tune charges they are not playing that song.They are playing there own song(I THING THIS IS THEIR BUSINESS SONG)...So I advaise to the bsnl team dont play the wrong callertunes and please respond to your costumers promptly

sir, i had requested for deaction of bsnl tunes two months ago. but it still on action. so what i should done.kindly replay.. a life long customer

My number is [protected]. BSNL deactivate my caller tune since May 2008. But they deduct Rs.20 every Month. There is no response from the customer care.

me also having the same problem wid my bsnl mobile in AP..they r unneccesarily playing their own business song and i deactivated bt they dint cancel it and they r charging money 4 dat...i tried 2 talk wid d cust care bt its nt getting connecting...the worst cust care in world..i hope..

I also want ot deactivate my caller tune. When trying to send message BT DEACT TO 56700, I GET THE UNABLE TO SEND. My No. is [protected]. Please help me to get rid of this problem. Mine is prepaid excel anant connection. I don't even have callers to listen to it and I got trapped in this by pressing the *. Messages for the charges are regularly coming from 56700 but i am not able to send messages to it. So please BEWARE OF PRESSING THE * FOR CALLER TUNES.

BSNL Customer service personels / employees are totally waste . they are not properly listening and very bad feedbacks/ answers to the customers. i have a problem to deactivate jokes from 56505. for this i was called almost 50 times with customercare, still the problem is not solved. they have given someny complaint no, even one is not given correctly. Realy i am very pity to the bsnl customercare. first give them proper training, othervise they are looting somuch public momey for nothing in their work results.
