BSNL CellOne (Postpaid) — Worst customer support (wrong billing)

I bought cellone (post paid) connection ([protected] - Hyderabad) last month. I got my first billing recently for the month Feb-2009.

In that, they have charged fixed monthly charges for the month or March-09 too (which suppose to be issued next month - after march-31st).

I called customer service ~10 times.
- no response at all
- Worst responses
"The system shows wrong info here call 102"
"Go to BSNL office and ask, we don't know"
"Yes, customer service is bad at BSNL, you go to BSNL office and ask"
- Or simply disconnected the line after asking me to hold the line.


I went to BSNL office directly where I purchased the number. Th response is,
" We cann't do anything. Go to different office"
"we don't know"
no response...

This is the worst service I have ever received from a network company.

I tried to register a complaint online. Online never worked at all.

I used many different mobiles earlier. The private companies are the best...

Now I realized BSNL is still typical indian government organization.
the worst..the worst... the worst...

I recommend all indians never choose BSNL...

BSNL — WRONG DISCONNECTION OF POSTPAID MOBILE CONNECTION

I HAVE PAID REGULAR PAYMENT OF BILL REGARDING MOBILE NO [protected] & [protected] THEN ALSO THEY HAVE DISCONNECTED TWICE IN TWO MONTH
IF ENQUIRE ABOUT IT THEY DONT GIVE APPROPRIATE REASON

BSNL — Wrong Billing for Post paid mobile

I want to draw your kind attention towards my mobile no.[protected]. That I have taken this Connection in March 2004. Regularly I was paying due bills. In Nov 2007 I have given a aplication to SDE commercial to change my plan to 100 (one Hundred) and the same second reminders was given in dec 2007.

Instead of changing of plan they have started to sending me both plan rental charges in my Bill. I have paid the due bill of dec 2007 in which they have charged me both rentals. I have personally visited BSNL office several time and meet officer's encharge and also given written request of Accounts officer in 01/2008 to please rectify my bill for furture, result came that they have disconnected my mobile for more than 20 Days. After my several visit they again started my mobile connection but regularly charging Both Plan Rental in there bills. Again in feb 2008 I have given written request to Accounts officer to kindly correct my account so that I can pay the due bills but no Action was taken.

Lastly I have given An Application to SDE commercial with request to Disconnect my above Mobile connection and send me correct due Bill so that i can pay my dues. As per my application my Mobile connection was disconnected in April 2008

It is regretted to write that my Mobile was disconnected but bill was not rectified yet and after disconnection I am still getting bill with old plan rental.

I'm not sure how much this forum would help me, I'm really distressed in this issue.
holy .i thought this is hapening wth me only.but finding out lots ppl hvn same prob.
I am siva reddy. My mobile number is [protected](Account number is[protected] i am under the plan 123. I was pay the bill in the due date[protected]last month. In the present bill 100/- extra charge is added. They indicated reconnection charge. But i pay in time last month. I go to complaint bsnl office in Cuddaph they are not respond well and he say you must call the customer care they give full details. The customer care people say you must go and complaint you near bsnl office. But what i have to do. Please solve my peoblem as early as possible

I am prasad, working in a TVS motor company. My company has provide me the bsnl postpaid group connection. I have paid bills regularly bearing no of [protected]. My last bill paid on 9.04.2009 with invoice no of 6156960. From three days i am not getting Incomoing and out going calls are blocked. For that i am facing lot of problems with this. I am not able to get gprs setting foer my mobile (model Nokia 7310). So please solve my probles as possible as early.

I HAVE BSNL 99 POST PAID MOBILE. I USED 10.35 MINUTES PHONE. WHICH BILL IS AROUND RS 325 BUT BSNL GIVE ME RS 2096 BILL.
