[Resolved] BSNL Chennai — PHONE NOT WORKING | |
We are aged senior citizens, user of BSNL Landline telephone for the past 15 years our subscriber no. is 24893088 is located in chennai area in K.K.Nagar exchange. The phone is not working since 15/5/2008 and inspite of giving several complaints over net and calling up the exchange, no action has been taken. We inform so many time but till date it is dead... and we are paying also BSNL bill promptly every month. We are aged senior citizens who are put to lot of hardship due to this. The BSNL landline telephone connection incoming and outgoing calls are not working for the past one month but Internet line is working and my phone no. is 26492909 I have already called and informed the BSNL persons, but no body turned up till now. Can you please rectify this problem considering most important and attend it at the earliest possible.
The following telephone is not working past 10 days, if we try to make a call we are getting voice like " line has been taken out of service temporarily contact account manager" .

Last week i was in Kizhakkambalam, Alwaye, Cochin. India for 2 days Kindly note i came to know before 2 years back itself the BSNL Tower was ready but still now they hv not given charge.
In Erode Teachers Colony i am having off at there we are not able to get the good coverage.
I dont know what problem it is rest other providers giving good service.
Hope it will be ready by getting this mail.

I applied for broadband connection.They came and kept the phone before 10 days but even telephone number was not commnuicated till and the phone is dead.Even i raised a complaint with customer care but nothing happened.Its really frustating.Please do the needful.

My BSNL Landline No is 26840981 located in Mittanamilli area of Avadi under Brindavan nagar exchange.
My phone is dead for which I made a complain vide Docket no 86519084 dt 19 Dec 09 . But so far no action has been taken.Kindly rectify this problem at the earliest.
