There is a major problem in BSNL kolkata network.The major concern for the same is Dumdum.No authority is bothered to check out the problems.There is a major problem of network fluctuation in
station area.There is also call drop problem.Being a Government Telecom company the issues should
be checked and the problem should be resolved at the earliest.There are some local numbers where the call rates are being deducted as STD and the numbers like 9154 are airtel numbers in West Bengal.
Even call conferencing service and call divert facility is not available for all subscribers from BSNL.
Where BSNL has launched 3G technology the same is expected that current mobile service should be
improved. And last but not the least the BSNL authorities should check the quality of resolutions provided by the customer care executives which is really a very dark side of the service.

It is very embrasing that BSNL Bhopal has no contact no. for NIC & EVDO bsnl data card related problems.By talking in customer care they given contact no. of person who authorized for that particular nic/ evdo card related problem not familliar about the card.Then that person send to arera telephone exchange in wll service section they again helpless. In all this process no one telling their name when asked for the same. I do not understand why they are not willing to interest disclosing their names despite they abide rules and regulation of bsnl corporation and sitting in responssible post of government organization.
One day I spoken my data card problem to a madam and another day same problem persist and contacted in same number to another person.Again and again same thing told by me that is very much embrassing for me who does not know the name of any official who are receiving the phone .
In customer portal of BSNL BHOPAL there is no contact number given in the website of bsnl nor higher official nominated to lookafter data card services that is why we cant able to approach the higher authority for complaining.

I am using post paid service on above Mb. no. (09415021268) but now it is not showing its network before some hours so it looses its incoming and outgoing calls. Please check the problem and short out it as soon as.
I have already clear my all bills.

I am using pre-paid service and my Mb. no. is (9434247134) and my a/c credited by Rs. 149/- on 06/09/09 at 08:43 a.m. after that you have sent a massage that "my valid till 06/09/2009" (i.e. same day.)
I don't know that valid till 06/09/09 which are credited previous month.
In this connection, I would request you to please look into the matter in humanity ground and extend my valid date i.e. 06/10/2009.

i have taken 9477475570/71/72 & I m staying AE-207, Rabindrapally, Kestopur, kolkata-700101& this area is out of network coverage.I told several times to the customer care they give me the complain no (3700729) but nothing is happen still the situation is same

sir i have launched a number of complaints regarding the refund of my deposite amount of Rs.2000 having returned the WLL phone from last years to jalgaon A/O .BSNL. Maharashtra state.india.also having paid the all remaining bills but the A/O OF JALGAON MAHARASHTRA IS NOT RESPONDING MATTER. HENCE YOU ARE KINDLY REQUESTED TO DIRECT THE MATTER AND OBLIGED.

i was under the impression that i am an proud subsriber of BSNL until now. Now i have lost that impression as i happened to notice that i have been taken for a ride by BSNL.To day i have made only three calls to the numbers 983153185, 9433492465 again 9433492465. Now i am receiving a msg stating that Rs.12.00 has been deducted, being the charges for the last call i have made.reply given by your customer-care that the caller tune has been activated and hence the charges.but it is not true
Do you like your subscriber to be cheated and still to be continued as a subscriber?

Will the higher ups in BSNL care to publish the contact centres of their customer centres in various places thro'out India with Phone Nos ?

Please note that I have submitted Rs.500/- for new land line connection .My Registration No HAL/C-C/GG/08-09/ 0001 (Ordinary) dated on 21.05.2008 . C.O.Bill No . C-CGGOO609 dated 21.05.2008 and Draft No, 745987 dated 19.05.2008 Bank SBI Branch Haldia. uptill now I could not get any connection or any responce form your side. So I request you kindly look into the matter and do the needfull at early as possible.

I send sms for active "Act 1S" plan on 18 nov, but still date 20 nov i did't recive any confirmation sms from bsnl.bsnl also charged 69 rupees from my account.but my plan is not activated still date.
customer no 24365 is also not working.

Sir, I am recharged my mobile from magic voucher @Rs. 45 and the validity period is showing 18th November'2010. Now I want to change the plan with magic voucher @ Rs. 49. Sir, please tell me is it possible or not, if it is possible then what can I do to change it.

I Subscribed BSNL Caller Tune in the month of Jan'2009 and unsubscribe in Feb'2009.
but
The Caller tune is not working till date and subscription charges deducted every month.
and
I had been Unsubscribe the service in the month of Feb'2009, confirmation has been received by BSNL, but my money has deducted every months
i told customer care but any no sutisfaction answer not me received.

SIR, MY NAME IS SUBEESH P.M. I AM USING BSNL BB HOME 500 PACKAGE. I AM USING SKYPE VIDEO CHATTING ONLY. WHEN I CHECKED MY USAGE DETAILS, I FIND THAT MY UPLOAD VOLUME IS VERY HIGHER THAN DOWN LOAD VOLUME. EVERY MONTH AND EVERY USAGE I FIND THIS DIFFERENCE. I AM USING ONLY SKYPE VIDEO CHATTING. FOR EXAMPLE, ON 26/11/09, DOWNLOAD(KB) IS 28606 WHILE UPLOAD KB IS 148711. I DON'T KNOW WHY THIS BIG DIFFERNECE OCCURING? HENCE I REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE CHECK THE SAME AND AWAITING YOUR REPLY SOON.
