[Resolved]  BSNL Customer Care — network,service related,customer care

There is a major problem in BSNL kolkata network.The major concern for the same is Dumdum.No authority is bothered to check out the problems.There is a major problem of network fluctuation in
station area.There is also call drop problem.Being a Government Telecom company the issues should
be checked and the problem should be resolved at the earliest.There are some local numbers where the call rates are being deducted as STD and the numbers like 9154 are airtel numbers in West Bengal.
Even call conferencing service and call divert facility is not available for all subscribers from BSNL.
Where BSNL has launched 3G technology the same is expected that current mobile service should be
improved. And last but not the least the BSNL authorities should check the quality of resolutions provided by the customer care executives which is really a very dark side of the service.

It is very embrasing that BSNL Bhopal has no contact no. for NIC & EVDO bsnl data card related problems.By talking in customer care they given contact no. of person who authorized for that particular nic/ evdo card related problem not familliar about the card.Then that person send to arera telephone exchange in wll service section they again helpless. In all this process no one telling their name when asked for the same. I do not understand why they are not willing to interest disclosing their names despite they abide rules and regulation of bsnl corporation and sitting in responssible post of government organization.

One day I spoken my data card problem to a madam and another day same problem persist and contacted in same number to another person.Again and again same thing told by me that is very much embrassing for me who does not know the name of any official who are receiving the phone .

In customer portal of BSNL BHOPAL there is no contact number given in the website of bsnl nor higher official nominated to lookafter data card services that is why we cant able to approach the higher authority for complaining.

BSNL — Very poor service of NIC & EVDO data card

Very poor service observed from BSNL.NIC card is supposed to operate with 144 kbps as per regulations. But I m using it with the speed 02 kbps and low also. Facing a great difficulties while accessing internet with NIC card.submittd complain in BSNL , bhubaneswar, but getting a laughing response with free advise like to access at night time for better speed and like this. Staff behaviour says as they are instructed not to response with good bahaviour. Perhap this happens on top management to encourage the private network service. Because BSNL staff getting payment whether service is good or bad. Ex-before this complain there are 2407 complains pending on this company. Even New instruments are lying unused and will be destroyed with out use also. Care is not being taken intensionally.maintenance is nil and careless because of govt properties.

Requested to respect public sentiment as a public utility agency.

BSNL servicve is like above everywhere what I guess. company staffs are getting payment from govt head. and encouraging other counter parts to get payment from public by mutual 'BHAICHARAA'. Everybody is profitable except public who are BSNL customer by 'poorness'.

my suggestion is to increase their payments what they are getting from back door private party as 'GHUUSH" and to delete them from the list of INSAAN.
I am using pre-paid service and my Mb. no. is ([protected]) and my a/c credited by Rs. 149/- on 06/09/09 at 08:43 a.m. after that you have sent a massage that "my valid till 06/09/2009" (i.e. same day.)

I don't know that valid till 06/09/09 which are credited previous month.

In this connection, I would request you to please look into the matter in humanity ground and extend my valid date i.e. 06/10/2009.

i have taken [protected]/71/72 & I m staying AE-207, Rabindrapally, Kestopur, kolkata-700101& this area is out of network coverage.I told several times to the customer care they give me the complain no[protected] but nothing is happen still the situation is same

i was under the impression that i am an proud subsriber of BSNL until now. Now i have lost that impression as i happened to notice that i have been taken for a ride by BSNL.To day i have made only three calls to the numbers[protected], [protected] again [protected]. Now i am receiving a msg stating that Rs.12.00 has been deducted, being the charges for the last call i have made.reply given by your customer-care that the caller tune has been activated and hence the charges.but it is not true
