[Resolved]  BSNL Customer Care — network,service related,customer care

There is a major problem in BSNL kolkata network.The major concern for the same is Dumdum.No authority is bothered to check out the problems.There is a major problem of network fluctuation in
station area.There is also call drop problem.Being a Government Telecom company the issues should
be checked and the problem should be resolved at the earliest.There are some local numbers where the call rates are being deducted as STD and the numbers like 9154 are airtel numbers in West Bengal.
Even call conferencing service and call divert facility is not available for all subscribers from BSNL.
Where BSNL has launched 3G technology the same is expected that current mobile service should be
improved. And last but not the least the BSNL authorities should check the quality of resolutions provided by the customer care executives which is really a very dark side of the service.

Dear Sir,

My cell no is [protected]. My problem is without my knowledge Rs. 20/- has been deducted towards subscription of monthly Islam devotional service. I'm Hindu so it is clear I can not choose Islamic mantra. It has been activated by mobile portal no. 1255020. requesting you to remove this service from my cell.

hope the same will be done immediately.

I'm surprised that without my knowledge Rs. 20/- has been deducted towards monthly subscription of Islamic devotional message - for ur information I'm HINDU & I don't prefer Islamic message or songs, hope the said services will be deactivated from my set. My mobile No is [protected].

Pl. do the needful at the earliest & in future don't add any types of services in my Mobile connection.

my name is prashant singh. i have taken a new prepaid connection of bsnl on 20th sep2010. ([protected]) . i have activated a gprs pack in my nuber of rs 98. bt whenever i use gprs service. balance is deducted in unusual manner. for eg. if i used 4 mb data, then 50-60 mb will deduct from my gprs pack. its not charging correct data that i used...i already made complain against that. but no response i got so far. hence i request you to please check the same and awaiting your reply soon.

I have been your customer for past few years in BSNL broadband I’m very happy and satisfied your service but now I would like to cancel my broadband connection because of God plan (Games). I was got call from BSNL 7 months before from Mr.Sunil, He said free games plans are available in the sight so he insisted me to install in the system. I also done the same thing as per his guidance and I was not using it so for, but still I’m getting the bill every months with the charge in the name of GOD plan. I’ve paid for all the 7 months I informed many times to your customer care & Mr.Sunil He told me to deactivate the from the system even though I deactivate from the system still they are including the charges of Rs.200 in the name of GOD games plan.
I’m very much dissatisfied because of these issues & I really would like to cancel my network connection.

Will I get my refund amount?

We have a BSNL broadband connect with number-[protected]. This falls under the DUMDUM judriction of BSNL, and the connection is in Narayanpur, R-Gopalpur, rajarhat, kolkata. every now and then our phone line is dead and we keep getting monthly rental bill even when the conection is down. No matter how many times you complain they take their sweet time to resolve it. Last time when it was down, it took three months to retify the problem and calling 100 times on their number. this is outrageous. Very bad service and awfull response from the complaints department. My connection is down again and again I have started running after the people to get it rectified.

I shifted to BSNL from Idea through MNP. I got a message as “Your mobile number will be ported on 15-Feb-2011 at 22:38 PM” from BSNL. Next day my old SIM was not working and I used BSNL SIM in my mobile. But it is also not working. It shows like “Invalid SIM”. What can I do? Can u help me?
what the hell service you are providing . how can you deduct or reactivate any service without asking to ur customer that whether he/she wants to continue it or not. in this way you serve ur customers .
kyun govt. companies ke naam pe ek tag lagana chahte hai aap log ki govt. service provide kar rahe hai to aisa hi hoga late call receive ki jaegi customers ki nd after that also no satisfactory result.
