There is a major problem in BSNL kolkata network.The major concern for the same is Dumdum.No authority is bothered to check out the problems.There is a major problem of network fluctuation in
station area.There is also call drop problem.Being a Government Telecom company the issues should
be checked and the problem should be resolved at the earliest.There are some local numbers where the call rates are being deducted as STD and the numbers like 9154 are airtel numbers in West Bengal.
Even call conferencing service and call divert facility is not available for all subscribers from BSNL.
Where BSNL has launched 3G technology the same is expected that current mobile service should be
improved. And last but not the least the BSNL authorities should check the quality of resolutions provided by the customer care executives which is really a very dark side of the service.

We have a BSNL broadband connect with number-03325733346. This falls under the DUMDUM judriction of BSNL, and the connection is in Narayanpur, R-Gopalpur, rajarhat, kolkata. every now and then our phone line is dead and we keep getting monthly rental bill even when the conection is down. No matter how many times you complain they take their sweet time to resolve it. Last time when it was down, it took three months to retify the problem and calling 100 times on their number. this is outrageous. Very bad service and awfull response from the complaints department. My connection is down again and again I have started running after the people to get it rectified.

I shifted to BSNL from Idea through MNP. I got a message as “Your mobile number will be ported on 15-Feb-2011 at 22:38 PM” from BSNL. Next day my old SIM was not working and I used BSNL SIM in my mobile. But it is also not working. It shows like “Invalid SIM”. What can I do? Can u help me?

what the hell service you are providing . how can you deduct or reactivate any service without asking to ur customer that whether he/she wants to continue it or not. in this way you serve ur customers .
kyun govt. companies ke naam pe ek tag lagana chahte hai aap log ki govt. service provide kar rahe hai to aisa hi hoga late call receive ki jaegi customers ki nd after that also no satisfactory result.

Due to Document Deposit Message once come from BSNL I have already lost Out giing facility before 10 Days also one Message Come if Document will not submit then I have to last BSNL Consumer Conectivity

bsnl ka network bhut kharab h har jgh problem hoti h hamara jeena haram kr rakha h kya kre fir b lekr ghumna padta h or aaj kal to castmor care se baat krne k b pese lagte h fir ham apni problem kise btaye na to koi skim h na hi call rate kam hoti h . na hi clrtune k pese kam hote h agr aise hi chalta raha na bhayya to ham kah dete h apki ye service band hone m tym ni lagega or uske bad log apki aesi halat krenge ki na toghar k rahoge na ghat k namaskar

My Kolkata BSNL number is 9433312879 & name is Samit Sarkar. It is observed that a huge problem at bsnl network occuring for few months.Calling problem, Network connectivity problem, customer care support problem, Internet connectivity problems, network fluctuations are daily occurence. No customer care numbers are live.I recharge Rs. 98 for GPRS but after activating internet is not connecting properly.I complained at customer care various times but all in vain.They only asked to keep our patience. But how long...? If you know the answere kindly SMS me at the above mentioned number.
