[Resolved]  BSNL Customer Care — No response

Sir,
I tried to enquire about the router for the net connection. I made a call 3 times to the customer care no. 1500, after excecuting the menu options the call is not answered. They are picking the phone and keeping it down without answering. At the same time the other p[hone in that office is ringing they are attending that phone. This is not at all good for such a big network.Very bad customer service.
Please instruct them to attend the calls.

BSNL — BSNL not response for issue

I have the BSNL network connection problem from April 2, 2011. My husband called to customer care number and complained about the problem. But they didnt come and solve the problem. We have waited for long days and again called to customer care. He said that the complaint has been registered and gave Dkt no as '60467363'. Our landline number is 22581680. Upto now no one came to home to check. BSNL send the bill and we have to pay Rs. 825/- Landline is not working for full april month, then how we have to pay. Can you please advice what will we do for that...
FIRSTLY I WANNA TELL YOU ABOUT YOUR TOLL FREE NUMBER ITS NOT AT WORKING BETTER SHUT DOWN THE CC, AND SECONDLY EMPLOYEES ARE NOT RESPONDING PROPERLY, AND THE FAULTY NO IS[protected] LINE IS NOT CLEAR AND CROSS CONNECTIONS WILL BE THERE ALWAYS. KINDLY LOOK IN TO IT ASAP.
I do not any other services coller tons, massags etc. I told cas car but do not solved this matter and regular deduct my balance my name is C.R KARMAKAR MB NO [protected] MANY TIMES COMPLEINES you do not solved i am ageted man pl do not distab pl solved this matter.

hello sir. I have pre-paid BSNL sim bearing mobile no:[protected], under the plan of 49 paise per call. I have sent 2 numbers under friends & family plan.I have got the confirmation too. But the amount deducted per call for these numbers is again 49 paise. I made several calls to customer care(can check the call from my no. & also the duration). No one is responding & correcting the complaint. Who is responsible for this. I hope your goodself will go through this & along with solving the issue, will reimburse the amount to my no. Otherwise I am sorry I will be forced to knock the doors of consumer court.

BSNL — GPRS not activated even after 12 days

I started GPRS services on 21.12.2011 but till date ( i.e = 02.01.2012 ) GPRS service are not activated on my handset.

I had raised complaints in customer care via mobile two time the details are given below.

29.12.2011 - L[protected]
31.12.2011 - L[protected]

But till time there are no results.
HI, BSNL customer care people is very argent in nature dealing with customers. I have just spoke (2/Jan/2012 9.40PM) ) to a BSNL customer care executive Mr: Vamsidhar to raise a complaint for getting activated to unnecessary services without our notice.
Mr. Vamsidhar (BSNL customer case executive), instead of taking my complaint and helping me he is talking very rudely using bad words.
At first I started speaking to him very politely using words like Sir and because of his language Mr. Vamsidhar used, I lost my temper and asked to connect me to his manager. But instead of connecting me to his manager he disconnected my call. Also my purpose of calling customer care is not solved.
Now I want to make a complaint on him. Can any one let me know to which mail ID we can send a mail.

BSNL Mobile — No Customer Support

This website (http://portal.bsnl.in/bsnlcca/GSMMobileComplaints.aspx) of bsnl is used for lodging online complaints of mobile. This never works. Moreover, when we try to contact customer support executive of BSNL through auto response call on 123, the call gets disconnected. How can one lodge a complaint regarding the unnecessary services, network, etc? Please take some action against such fake things happening in our country...

BSNL — neglecting customers

Hello Sir / Madam,

We have been using the BSNL Landline / Broadband for more than 2 years, [protected], After repeated calls to customer care still the frequent disconnection of broadband is not solved.

When contacted to the customer care they are almost shouting on us saying "it is in progress, you have to wait" This is only for few days, and then they close the docket without solving the problem

Dockets closed

[protected] -- Issue not resolved -- opened on 30th Mar 2012 -- closed on 31st Mar 2012
[protected] -- Issue not resolved -- opened on 5th April 2012 -- Closed on 9th April 2012

Since its not resolved i had opened an another ticket on the same day

[protected] -- Issue not resolved -- Opened on 9th April -- No confirmation SMS sent to mobile
[protected] -- Issue still persists -- opened on 19th April -- No action yet,

Could you please check whether there any process where the higher officials check the credibility of these complaints closed ?

I feel too bad that i have been cheated since there is no refund given for disconnections so far. Even though we could suggest them with technical assistance (I am a network engineer) they refuse to work on it.

I hope for strong action against this kind of negligence.
sir, my name is nitin borse( [protected]), few days back i want to talk with bsnl cust. care executive, after dialing the initial numbers they told me to press 9 for talking to customer care executive but when i press 9 then the reply is "wrong entry" .. i again try ..but the reply was same... it is very irritating... bsnl cust. care is actually a bad joke with customers... very unprofessional... i thought this dissatisfaction of many customers will be the beginning of downfall of the company...

BSNL POOR NETWORK NOT ATTENDED — BSNL DO NOT ATTEND NETWORK COMPLAINT

WE HAVE BEEN BOOKING COMPLAIN FOR VERY POOR COVERAGE OF NETWORK SINCE LAST COUPLE OF MONTHS, BUT NO ACTION TAKEN AS YET AND ALWAYS GIVE FALSE ASSURANCES.

OUR MOBILE GENERALLY CONNECT FROM NETWORK TOWERS NAMELY "SULEHI"; TALPATIA-C; BIJU NAGAR , JHARSUGUDA.

sir,i contacted bsnl customer care regarding the deactivation of caller tunes.i spoke to one of the higher officer and ask for deactivation and refund of money he doesn't response to my qurrey.

i traying to two time dial to custmor care number 1503 ,my timing left 1 and 1/2 hours approximet,but no body response me, only bsnl music tap is running so, iam very discarage to bsnl customer care officer,so i want very strict take action on custmor care officer,my time is 21=10 to 22=45 appro,.
i cant access your 3G services, im frustrated and had enough.your billing services are very promt even i cant access 3G services pl. help
Ive been using 3G SIM for quite sometime but Im very sorry to tell you that Im not able to access the service very long.Im tired of complainig to cc executives.Once in a blue moon I can use it but your billing service is so prompt.Can your other services be as good as your billing services.Im really frusrated and annoyed pl. help
