[Resolved]  BSNL Customer Care — Horrible customer care executive

I am Sancharan Roy having BSNL postpaid number [protected]... I contacted one of the BSNL's customer care executive named Mr. Manibhusan karmakar on 28th april.. He is having very poor communication skill and very bad attitude also. He acted so busy like he is some MD of some big company. He used bad words and he didnot listen properly my problem also. He should understand the customer's problem properly.

BSNL Broadband — Compaint againt Basawaraj

My name is Arockia. Today 5/11/2010 at 4:30 AM I spoken to a fellow NAMED BASAWARAJ (VERY VERY RUDE AND NOT BOTHERED TO HERE WHAT I AM SAYING IT SEEMS HE IS SLEEPING IN THIS SHIFT) who was working as customer care executive in ur organisation his name is "Basawraj". He was too rude while speaking. Dont know how to speak english. He does not know how to talk to a customer. I called to get a portal id to check my usage. He was very rude. As I told him my net is slow. He did not bother to check it and did not speak. He muted the call for long time and disconnected. I called him next time. He answered and told he did not disconnect the call. I told him to transfer to his Manager. He again muted the call for 2 min and disconnected again. I'm losing my faith in BSNL. I called many times but I got disconnected every time. This is very horrible service. I got this broadband connection last week. Very horrible service they create a docket number and tell us some line man will come and no body come. I my self fixed the problem. "I was looking for compaint number to take action again "Basawaraj" I called bsnl customer care at around 4:30AM IST It seem he gets my call all the time and disconnected me again and again. if i pick up the telephone the internet will get disconnected.what to do.and sometimes later the internet will get disconnected itself.?

i have bsnl no [protected] and i recharge it by sms toup voucher but my main balance also deacted 1 rupee per sms. i register complain in bsl customer care but no one can take any step n no one serious about customer problem . i want my money back and this type of activity done with my number 3 times.plz take some step .

BSNL CUSTOMER CARE very poor service provider .. executives are not really bothered about customers compalint . most executives do not have proper product knowledge ..a service named bsnl phone back was activated on my no .monthly rental of that service is rs 30 /month.i just asked pls tell me the procedure to deactivate the service they told me that they will loged the complaint for that service as this service will be deactivated from there end only & will be deactivated in next 24 -48hours .they also provided me the complaint id for that .and told that shortly u will be recieving the sms for that in next few minutes ..no such sms recieved and when i inquired for the stutus of my complaint after 48 hours there was no such case registered from my number .no tl and senior executives are ready to take call .calls are put on hold for 15-20 minutes and atlast disconected ..when i inquired from one of the executive he told me that we have recieved call from yours number at the month of aug10.but i make 4-5 call for this issue and same complaint was loged twice .finaly i got the procedure to deactivate the service from internet only .usless people sitting over there .they are not there to help the people but there to make the things more complicated ..what the managment looking and the service they are providing ..really very poor service.

I am Raj Kumar Sharma having BSNL prepaid number [protected]. I contacted one of the BSNL's customer care executive named Mr. Yogesh, Mr. Sachin on 30th Nov at around 10:30pm for my internet problem. He is having very poor communication and very bad attitude also. They all are MD of comapany. He acted so busy. He used bad words and he didnot listen properly my problem also. Unfortunatly I have connected BSNL prepaid department and want to transfer my call to GPRS department but no body had transgered my call to GPRS department, They all are transfer my call in prepaid department again and again. I was so troubled this type of company excutive. Can anybody help me to treat this type of excutives.

But this is my sugession--- Use another network except BSNL, Because they all are better than this.

This is Soumik Majumder having the prepaid number [protected]. From the last couple of months I am facing a ridiculous problem regarding the connection that is frequently my prepaid balance is getting deducted and after deduction i am receiving a message that for some bsnl service the balance has been deducted and if i want to deact the service, i have to dial some number. Even today, (03/12/2010) when I recharged my phone with Rs. 124, which gives me 1month validity along with a balance of Rs. 50 (approx), 30 rupees has been deducted on that very moment on the basis of some Bsnl alerts and the alert message came from the number: 51234030. I dialed the customer care number and some cust care officer Mr. Joydeep Basu received the call (time - 9;08 am). Now he listened to the complain and provided me a docket number ie, 6534658. But when I asked for the time span of getting it solved, he could not say anything. Even when I asked for my deducted balance, then also he could not say anything. I asked him for any BSNL CUST CARE email id where I can mail my complain but alas!! the same result (don't know sir). Now my point is, even where I never asked for any Bsnl Service, why it has been activated on my phone and its the money (whatever the amount is) which has to earn. So I cant allow it to flow for some 'BSNL ALERTS'. So please give my balance back and stop those unwanted services or else I have to go to the appropriate authority.

I am an customer of BSNL my no is[protected] my problem is I tried many times to contact BSNL CUSTOMER CARE OF NAGPUR but nobody wants to attend the call. when ever i called to customer care they are keeping me on holding but not attending the call so, I really SO-DISSAPPOINTED.
I am from bareilly, My mobile no is [protected], last month musti pack has been activeted in my mobile without my permission and still continuing..deducting of Rs 05/ per month.please deactivate this type of servises from my mobile, I no need this type o[censored]seless messages.I complined to cutomer care servise they reply "ok" we will deactivate this within 24 hours, sometime they reply your complaint is under prosses ext... my complaint no is 6475957but my problem is still there...Rs 05/ deducting per month.I had send sms for two times UNSUB MPACK to 56505, (also deduct Rs 2 for each sms), but musti pack is still activate, I want to deactivate this servise, please deactivate musti pack emmidiatly...Thanking you...

This is correct that only BSNL customer care miss behave with their customer.
on[protected] at about 10pm one of the customer care executive Bijay Kumar Jana miss behave with me. He was behaving like he is abnormal. He doesnot care the person and he tell me "If you want you can cut the the phone". BSNL should take action against it...???

My mobile number is [protected]. On 8th June, i called customer care and asked to STOP a service called ON MOBILE and another service called CALLER TUNE which is activated without my knowledge. He told that service has been deactivated you can do recharge. so at 10th June i recharged my mobile 200rs. but on 12th JUNE a service renewed message came. Totally 70rs reduced. Again i made a complaint

But after one week no response for that complaint. Before three days again i called and talked with SENIOR EXECUTIVE Mr.Sundhar.. Again He told that will be closed soon.

But today again for the ON MOBILE service 30 rs reduce in my balance. I am damn angry on this. sorry to say this, If my problem will not solved with in this week means i planned to change my network. please take action on this.

I tried to reach BSNL customer care through [protected]. I got connected with a THIRD CLASS executive. I was asking information for internet connection cost in mobile. I was more interested to complete the call without giving proper information. When I continued he get disturbed and said some wrong word in low voice. He is some S. Bal in Bengali voice.

I tried to make complain against this behavior but BSNL website also giving error. All other options working except the customer feedback option. You can check this third class service from a big organization like BSNL. Is it INTENSIONALLY with ERROR?

I dnt knw this is the right forum to complaint how ever am proceeding if its not belongs to u please forward to the concerned.

Am using one BSNL connection in kerala circle and now a days am facing some difficulties in getting incoming calls. Last week i have registred a coplaint for the same through kerala bsnl cc, the associate promised me that issue will rectified with in 24 hrs. But not rectified so i again caled to cc and got the reply that there is no complaints registred yetrday. So i have request her to raise a fresh complaint and she also told me that yea new companit have been regisred and she gave me the complant number. Issue not rectified so i have repeated my complaint today and i got a superb reply... Contact to the nearest BSNL showroom... So i askd the address of bsnl cochin office he gave me one LL number [protected] i have called to that number but no reply... So called again got another associate and repeated the same and received an FANTASTIC reply... Go to ALUVA town and check with anyone for bsnl office address. and am disputed for the address he disconnected the call( The most panishable offence in call center under ethics of call center_
