Landline telephone replacing
sir,
My office telephone no. is 2787787 is instrumentally faulted on 14-08-2011.On 17-08-2011 i submit a complaint in tele-exchange at thiruvankulam.I contact many times but my phone is not replaced. Now my office work is done only by call diverting facility.
So i kindly request you to replace my phone immediately.

Dear sir
Months before my bsnl land line no. 04862200690 has failed due to cable fault instead of this they provide wll phone to me with an agreement. whenever the cables available in thodupuzha office, they should re-connect the above land line.I request you to kindly follow up the matter and do the needful.

We are Medi Assist India TPA Pvt Ltd our Toll Free Fax No 1800 425 9559 is supposed to be accessible from all over India but for the past two months from Kerala Region several hospitals are not able to access it off and on. To name few hospitals are Baby Memorial Hospital Calicut, Malabar Institute of Meddical Sceiences Calicut, Aswini Hospital Trichur, Trichur Heart Hospital Thrissur, Lourdes Hospital Ernakualm, Medical Trust Hospital Ernakulam, MOSC Kolenchery Ernakulam, KVM Hospital Cherthala, Bharath Hospital Kottayam, SH Medical Centre Kottayam, Marian Medical Centre Palai, Pushpagiri Medical College Thiruvalla, MGM Muthoot Medical Centre Kozhenchery, Bishop Benzigar Kollam, Upasana Hospital Kollam, Dr. Nairs Hospital Kollam, Kerala Institute of Medical Sciences Thiruvananthapuram, SK Hospital Thiruvananthapuram, SP Fort Hospitl Thiruvananthapuram, NIMS Neyyattinkara Thiruvananthapuram, Gokulam Medical College Thiruvananthapuram. Hence the cashless facility which is extended to customers are badly effected.
You are therefore requested to rectify the issue on top priority, which is effecting whole of Kerala people.

I posted the above complaint in regards to the TOLL FREE FAX no. 1800 425 9559 issue is faced all most all districts in Kerala as it invoves hospital for the cashless facility. IF BSNL DOES NOT INTERVENE AND RECTIFY THE ISSUE ON WAR FOOT. PATIENTS FROM KERALA WILL HAVE TO SUFFER.
KINDLY INTERVENE AND RECTIFY THE ISSUE.
