Low Speed no Action has been taken after complaining many times Sir, With many respect and hope I am writing this letter to you .When I saw this site on net I thought that it can help me out of my EVDO speed problem . I am living at NidhiRam Majhi Lane HOWRAH near Howrah Maidan its within 1-1.5 km range from the BSNL TOWER, WB and I have an EVDO data card with the 750 unlimited scheme from 7/07/2011. Previously , I got 200kbps downloding speed but now I face many problems on slow speed like 15-30kbps transfer rate and sometimes it goes Nil(0.5-5kbps.). I did many complaint on BSNL to the number[protected],1502,[protected] many times. and Now I do contact directly with the SDE of HOWRAH offices . They told me its not their fault contact to telecom inspector while i contract to him via phone he said no problem with software due to the increase of customer your internet speed goes down to 20 kbps from 190kbps from 16 days .is it not a funny answer? The problem is going during 18 days , no action has been taken for that. Only assurance and complain numbers has been given are given. If I give a written complaint to the higher authority and suggest all EVDO user who facing it to do it then will it work?? After reading many sites forum I think its happened with many one and no action has been taken. If I go to consumer forum and make a case in consumer court then what I have to do?? will it be right action? As a jobless fellow how much I have to spend? I heard that it is so less of cost in the GOVT of India Advertisement "Jagoo Grahak Jagoo" . plz reply soon. This is my last option to survive,if you people can do any thing to me, it will be very good for me. Reply soon . I am not so rich to get another new connection.Please help me .. Of-course i did that and got some funny Answers.The problem i am facing from last 20 days , no action has been taken for that. Only assurance and complain number are given from customer care with some funny response those are very funny jokes . After reading many sites forum I think its happened with many one and no action has been taken. please take necessary steps about the slow speed in net in howrah for two weeks.
i have got about 350kb/s download speed. but now iam getting only 12kb/s for two week in my same pc. please inform us how many days we shall suffer from this condition of bsnl net.
Its BSNL man! one of the most corrupt & lousy organisations in India! nobody gives a s**t about ur situation there! dont waste ur valuable time on this garbage called bsnl-evdo! there are so many good evdo services offered by private players out there! just switch to any of them!

If BSNL EVDO covers all circle of india they non of the telecom sector will get profit from 3G. I support BSNL to improve the quality but they are not giving 2% effort to improve themselve.

hi i buy evdo card from bsnl but its speed is worst every time iam complaint about it speed in koramangla exchange /customer service center .even booked my gravience in bsnl .in but they didnt give any response to me
