Hi everyone,
BSNL is one of the leading company in GSM in India and yet customer service is so pure. People working in BSNL dont have proper knowledge of BSNL services. If some one gives call to 5 different CSC, they get different response to same problem. Even Postpaid bill of Mangalore region doent accept in Bangalore. Both the city are in same state yet it doesnt support.
Giving calls to CSC they dont pickup the calls and emailing them, the email-id found to be fake.
