GPRS Connection

I was BSNL Postpaid Mobile customer since last 8 years. FYI I am the first person in Gujarat to get BSNL World Roaming on Mobile. Due to persistent connection problem, call drops, data connectivity problem & other network related problems, I opted to go for Prepaid connection as I found that all my circle who had BSNL Prepaid connection were not facing such problems.

Now I have converted my connection to Prepaid, nearly all my problems are solved. However Data connectivity problem is still troubling a lot though have been reduced considerably.

I am trying since last 45 days to lodge complain with Customer Care & every time I am assured that my Data Connectivity problem will be solved in 48 hours or am informed that someone will visit my place to check the problem. But so far nothing concrete has been done.

I am a diehard BSNL fan & really want to continue using uninterrupted full Mobile services which I am currently unable to use fully due to problems mentioned above. I urge you to kindly take up the matter seriously & solve my problem once for all.

since 15/04/09 i complining that i not acess net in my nokia e51 mobile application . my num is 9427844169 so they send me setting but my problem is when i am acess net through web option in mobile then it working but when i am using application like yahoo go, im here then it showing security error or check settings i told all thing to bsnl care so they told me to show ur mobile to shop that if there is problem in mobile but there is no problem in mobile i had check it .n when i am trying to acess through idea sim it work in my mobile so plsssssssss respond to this complain

I AM USING CELLONE GPRS CONNECTION FOR 2-3 MONTHS. EARLIER THE SPEED ANF CONNECTIVITY WAS GOOD, ONLY IT USE TO GET DISCONNECTED SOME TIMES. BUT FOR LAST 15-20 DAYS THERE IS CONNETIVITY PROBLEM AND ERRORS LIKE 'CONNECTION FAILED' OR 'HOST NOT FOUND' OCCUR. WHEN YOU CONTACT THE CUSTOMER CARE THEY TEMPORARILY SOLVE THE PROBLEM BUT AFTER SOME TIME THE SAME PROBLEM OCCURES AGAIN. THIS IS VERY IRRITATING, WHEN YOU ARE CHARGING FOR THE DATA PACK FOR 1 MONTH USAGE YOU SHOULD PROVIDE FOR THE FULL UNINTERUPTED SERVICE. KINDLY LOOK INTO THIS MATTER. I AM LOCATED NEAR PUNE.
