BSNL GSM — Unable to port from BSNL to Vodafone

I have put a request to port my BSNL no. [protected] into Vodafone on 20-May-2011 with UPC code BB321177. A timeline of 7 days was given to me. But now its been 10 days & there is no positive sign from BSNL. It is not letting port my no. in Vodafone saying that I have done a contractual agreement with them. I have never done any such illogical agreement with them & have provided a written declaration regarding the same to Vodafone officials. But still BSNL is not ready to help.
Please heelp me out because I cant put balance in my BSNL no. assuming that it will be forfeited. Hence I am unable to use my no.

The same problem arises for me also. waiting for any kind of response from BSNL and nothing from their side till now. But i am waiting for more than 2 months with several requests and expiring o[censored]PC code, regenerating again and finally nothing happens till date. BSNL are not ready to accept their customers to port to other mobile operators.

Yes.Neither they can provide good service nor letting us port our no. out. Then whats the logic behind launching MNP ? Will my complaint ever be resolved ? What will be the time frame ? Is it going to help to submit my complaint on this portal ?

Only Vodafone people are replying & making follow ups. Still BSNL people are sleeping. Is there some law & order ????

Rs 20 automatically cut from my mobile bsnl due to "http://tashan.co.in/3pt/indexall.wml?tid=deshitashan

Yeah, me too got this headache..
Wanna port to voda but they even not sending me back that unique id no..

Cust care are so dumb, that they even dnt knw how to talk with their service consumers..

N nodal officer. . . . Either the no ur trying to reach is switched off or no answer..

Ha ha ha ha ha ha. . . . .

Now got last two options after this ..
1st . . . Written complaint to SSA DGM or G.M of ma area..
2nd. . . . Indian Consumer fourm(district court )..
Itz free. . . .

My bsnl mobile no. 10 digit … Rs. 05 every time deducted my main balance and other services activation on my bsnl no. but i am not call and sms send to you activation any services . so you are requested to you refund of my balance Rs.05 and any service deactivate. on my number. I am facing same problem since last four month and already complain so many times my docket no K18UE307772 dated 18 NOV, K27UE311327 Dt. 27 NOV, K27UE311361 Dt. 27 NOV, , L18UE304998 Dt18 DEC, L18UE305025 Dt. DEC 18, L30UE305389 Dt.DEC 30, A04UE302573 Dt.04 JAN, A04UE 302634 but BSNL has not taken any action for above complaint. Neither they refund my balance nor taken any action for different complaint. This is too much harasment and cheating with customer from BSNL.
