My telephone number 27154801has not been working for nearly a month. I am at a loss to understand the reason for its not working. Kindly look into the matter and respond to me immediately at my e-mail ID given above.

Our land line No: 23547114 /15 both the numbers are not working properly, getting a lot of distrubance on the dial tone cant even listn the voice of the other side several times i made complaints but no action has been taken. Please rectify the problem as the earlist and do the needfull to us

WE HAVE BOOKED A LAND LINE PHONE WITH FAX ON 20TH MAY2009.ITS NUMBER IS 23300833.THIS IS FOR OUR OFFICE AT N.I.M.S. HOSPITAL, PANJAGUTTA, HYDERABAD.BSNL PEOPLE HAVE FIT A LANDLINE PHONE IN OUR OFFICE AND TOLD US THAT IT WILL BE ACTIVATED IN ONE DAY.BUT ITS NOT WORKING FROM THAT DAY TILL TODAY.I THINK OUR NUMBER HAS BEEN GIVEN TO SOMEBODY ELSE BECAUSE WHEN WE CALLED TO THAT NUMBER IT IS RINGING.AS THIS IS FOR HOSPITAL PLEASE TREAT THIS AS EMERGENCY AND DO THE NEEDFULL.

and come to under same exchange old house to new house distance near 200 Mts, I have given transfer letter on 27th May, till now my phone was not shifted in between contacted JTO -Tanaka over
the phone still phone was not shifted this is bsnl service if i take any private phone connection they will
fix with in hour

My landline phone no.040-27065444 (Dayanand nagar, malkakgiri, Hyd., ) is completely dead since last week. I have registered complaint through your automated IVR twice, but nothing has been done, this is not the first time we had problem with the telephone, when ever it is working also there is lot of noise and hissing sound the line was never clear.
Whenever we try calling the JTO malkajgiri those numbers are constantly engaged and of no help, Can some one takeup responsibility and sort our the issue immediately.

I have been using this no since 10years and my monthly, My billing is on average Rs1000/per month.
Being loyal customer to bsnl this the kind of service offered by the department.
At this point of time we are very much disappointed .PL. ensure immediate rectification of fault
