Sir, devotional alarm has been activated on my mobile without my permision and i've tried many times to deactivate it through your customer care no. but all in vain as the no gets disconnected before dialing my mobile no.Plz get it deactivated immediatelly or be ready for the consequences. i am a BSNL user from mansa, punjab.having same problem on my number [protected], devotional alarm is now being deactivated from last 3 months, costumer care buddies r making me fool, every time i call they say that my complaint has been registered and devotional alarm will be deactivated in 24 hours, but nothing happens
two of my complaint numbers are F[protected] and G[protected]
beside this i wanna say the costumer care of BSNL is all mess, they dont know anything
