[Resolved]  BSNL JHARKHAND — received less balance on easy recharge

Dear Sir
On my Mob. no. [protected] many times i got msg. from no 1255020 (sikh devotional pack) it is automatically activated and per month about 30/- rs deducted from this no. I talked many times with customer carebut their reply was unsatisfactory and vague.

So. I want to UnSubscribe this plz..

My Nokia 5800 XpressMusic Mobile Set with IMEI No. [protected] using BSNL Post Paid No. [protected] was lost on 07.04.2010 in Ranchi (Doranda Area). The FIR was lodged in Doranda (Ranchi) Police Station on 08.04.2010. I had purchased the mobile on 28.10.2009 from Nokia Priority Centre, Main Road, Ranchi (Jharkhand). Kindly do the needful so that the same could be returned back to me.
Please help me to get the set back to me.

I received a message on my mobile no. [protected] on 13.04.10 as " Dear subscriber you have been charged Rs. 12 for your BSNL song.your next bill date for the song is 13.05.2010."

Again I received a message on 17.04.10 as " Dear subscriber you have been charged Rs. 25 for your BSNL tunes renewal. Enjoy the service for next 30 days.your next bill date is 17.05.2010."

I do not know why these charges? I do not want this. I want to unsubscribe.

Bsnl allready disconnect 111 facility on my land line telephone no 2434581 from day when we take broad band connection in my telephone but from last four months bsnl add 111 in my telephone bill so kindly short out this problem.

On 28/10/2010 at 10:37:49 am, i recharged my mobile no +91-[protected] through easy recharge (pre- paid) for Rs.500/- . I got the message that i'd received prepaid credit of Rs. 500/- from no 294134 on 28/10/2010 at 10:37:49 am, ref. no. .[protected]

but STV 500 for bsnl free voice net sevice not activated my no..
My main balance deducted ...
I talked 3-4 times with customer care but their reply was unsatisfactory...
Plz gave me satisfication earlier...
