i register to http://selfcare.ndc.bsnl.co.in/irj/portal on 3 /07/2010 with my
customer id
cust_id : 1005578291
and still does't receiver username and password.So i can't check my broadband usage without this account .send me quickly send usrname and password. for this
customer id. at the e-mail address specify in the form.

we cant register with our unique id/ consumer no.
in place of customer id in kanpur bsnl phone bill consumer number is given so when we enter that
it gives error
: Please enter a valid customer Id

while getting password reply comes
"Your programme is not supported by WEB Dynpro"
No staff member is able to explain what is this.
Do not understand why encumbersome procedure has been up loaded
