My name is sasidharan from Pathanamthitta district,KeralaBSNL land line number [protected].This phoe is DEAD in 03-03-11I have complaint many time Naranganam exchange and regiser the complaint,by call mobile.because Icannot call 198 from mobile.
No one initiate till this time to solve my phone probleme[protected]The I went KOZHENCHARY Exchange yesterday and today SDE office allready closed,Nobody is responsble in this office so I call his mobile no:[protected] yesterday she promise to do todaynothing happenedplease help me for problem.somany call coming from abroad also.
Othervise kindly close my connection and REFUND.If one day late for delay bill paymentthey will cut phone line,now almost ten days not working phone,can dedut from non use time bill,

BSNL — landline telephone was dead

[protected] land line phone was dead since 2 months. i had complained in BSNL 198 number and they gave the no [protected] fifteen days ago.
the phone is not restored till today.

BSNL Kalyan — landline dead

last couple of weeks my landline[protected] is goes dead often and my broadband connection often breaks in between and the net speed is also very slow

BSNL — Telephone Line Dead

My landline phone has been dead since 1st May 2011. Despite numerous complaints it has still not been fixed. Although this doesn't come as a surprise since BSNL is infamous for its extremely poor customer service, it has been causing a lot of inconvenience.

I'd also like to highlight the apathy of BSNL on some other issue I faced. I shifted my home on the 5th of April and submitted the application for "change of address" on the next day. However, the connection to the new house was restored after about a fortnight, i.e, on 27th April .

I kindly request BSNL or the respected authorities to fix my phone at the earliest. My phone number is[protected].

Its no sense complaining. Nobody replies. My vasai telephone bills, for last two consecutive bills, i receive them even after the "DUE DATE", repeat "AFTER THE DUE DATE", compelling to pay a fine for no fault of the consumer, when the consumer can pay in time and save a few pennies, I WONDER WHAT BENEFIT THE BSNL EMPLOYEES GET OUT OF THIS CARELESS WAY OF WORKING...HOW MUCH EVER SALARY BENEFITS THEY GET, BUT THEY WILL NEVER BELIEVE IN DOING THEIR JOBS SINCERELY.- 2341082

It has been regular from last 4 months that our landline[protected] NALASOPARA is not working in day and starts working only after 9.00 pm and again go ot of order from 9.00 am. SOME TIMES FEW DAY IT IS DEAD
We are not getting proper reply in the exchange when we inform them. We feel it is not any technical problem. We feel some mis use of our line

The bill with the Rental is billed in full and after not in use still we are getting huge bill amount

Is being with BSNL is worth of the penny we spend. NO SERVICE IS PROVIDED TO US

BSNL BFONE — TELEPHONE DEAD

THE TELEPHONE NO[protected] IS NOT FUNCTIONING FROM LAST 4 MONTHS SEVERAL COMPLAINTS LODGED BUT THE PHONE IS STARTED WITH NOISE AND AGAIN GETTING DISCONNECTED THIS PHONE BELONGS TO SREE SUBRAMANYA MISSION AMBARNATH.

My Telephne No.is[protected], at Jabalpur. I have taken broad band connection. From the date of its installation, telephone works less but remain dead more. Since last fortnight, telephone is dead. I have also made online complaint at 198, but till today my telephone has not been repaired. Pl. do the needful at the earliest.

BSNL — Landline - Dead

Sir,

It's very astonishing to see that, if sometimes my BSNL Landline goes offline due to some cable or any other technical fault, am not able to complaint or let my provider know, about the incident that had happened. How come there could be a service provider with no complaining facility. Also even if they have a complaint attending AVR systems OR customer care centres, then those no.s should be easily accessible from any other landline/mobile service providers also.
How can they expect a customer's complaint when the landline is not working?

Request you to please normalize the customer care centre phone numbers.

My bsnl lland line 02525(Tarapur) - 264698 is dead for last 15 days. It is checked by bsnl person(Mr. Chavan) that the line is to be replaced and contact JTO.

I have tried to contact the Tarapur JTO ( Mr. Teli)for last 10 days and they are not lifting the phone.

This is really fustrating. Pl take necessary action for rectification of the phone at the earliest

BSNL — FREQUENTLY PHONE REMAIN DEAD

MOST OF THE TIMES MY PHONE REMAIN DEAD . NUBER OF TIMES I HAVE LODGED COMPLAIN IN THIS REGARD BUT ALL IN VAIN.

Land line phone of bsnl — dead telephone

The line of My telephne no.[protected] is dead since last week of May 2011. I had renewed broad band and home plan of land line for 1 year and had paid advance for the same in March 2011. Inspite of several requests bsnl has not set right this line till date ie 3 October 2011

I am Chandrashekhar residing at flat no.3, shilp apartment, Rambaug Lane No. 4, Kalyan(W). Our landline no. 2321069 is down since last 3 days. There is no dilatone. Please look into the matter urgently and set right the line.
