sir.my landline phone gets dead very frequently...that is within a day it gets dead several times and gets alive when i dial the no from other phone. MY TELEPHONE NUMBER 501377 IS NOT WORKING SINCE LAST 20 DAYS

BSNL Kalyan — non attendance of telephone complaint

For four days my residential telephone no. 2605181 is out of order. The complaint has been launched by me personally with bsnl exchange at Kansai. However, there is no action on this and telephone is dead.

times Complaint on land line 1st time Complaint No. is [protected] dt.[protected], 2nd time complaint no. is [protected] dt.[protected] & 3rd time Complaint No. is [protected] Dt.[protected]. Please early as possible due to above details complaint reply and take the action. and give me reason for dealy.

Sir... very sorry to say that no body is there in Kalyan section to take care of the complaints.. Even the repeated visits to telephone office also does not make sense. If it is a private company lime Reliance ot Airtel, I am sure that my complaint has been attented with a days time. Sir i request your goodself to look into the matter and do the needful to help the desperated consumer.. Thanks...

BSNL Landline — Phone remain dead

I have BSNL landline plus internet installed in my house since 1999 . bearing number[protected]. we have UL 399 plan +1GB internet plan. Since nov 7th The phone remains dead with no dialer tone however the internet works fine . We lodged the complaint bearing [protected] loged on the said date . Instead of rectifying or solving the problem they r publicly saying their inability citing underground cable defect in our area and obstructed by some political interested . They claim 300 Plus cases are pending and asking us to change to change tariff plan and use the partial internet services. I 've decided to surrender over waiting for two months before putting my anguish in this website Whereas I want full fledge services as earlier used to be . They even are telling that it cant be quoted in a timeframe when it will be restored to the full services Please help me resolve the issue

sir, my land line & broadband connection is not working properly. please help me. and repair the problem of my land line no. my no. is[protected]

BSNL Kalyan — Landline not working in 3 Apartment

My land line connection no.[protected] is not working since last 20 days. There are around 40 connection in our area which is not working last 20 days and we are regularly making complaint to BSNL office at Kalyan and till today there is no action being taken. BSNL employee came to our area one day and informed us that he could not find the cable which is broken during the sewage line work. Due to this irresonsible form BSNL we are compelled to take mobile phone for communication

We have already informed BSNL that we will not pay rent for the period for non receipt of service from their end

Could you pls look in to it and do the necessary action at the earliest ?
