BSNL — Phone Dead Last 2-3 months

My phone number is[protected] &[protected] has dead last 2-3 months. I have complaint so many time but they haven't give any respond to me.I have facing so many difficulty without using of phone.So I request to please repair the line as soon as possible.

BSNL — no response from authority

dear sir, my telephoe no [protected] is not working properly since from lat one month . I have give written comlaint to the bsnl office many times but they are not taking any action..

BSNL Phone complaint — Telephone dead since more than one month

Dear Sir

Hope this complaint will be attend by BSNL prompt officer. I already made somany complaints and given recferece also. But nobody is listening/ bothered the complaint and we realy dont understand to whom we should approch.

If the BSNL not interested to attend the complait, then we are sorry to inform you that we would like to discontineu BSNL Telephone and will not pay the comming Bill as there was no used of dead telephon since more than month.

Kindly take suitable action and confirm

I am really fed up of this problem.

I request you to pls look after this problem seriously or pls disconnect my services after letting me know and give my deposit back. I am really not satisfied with your services.

BSNL — No phone service for 2 months

Dear Sir/madam,

I would like to invite your attention that the BSNL land line number[protected] is not working for last two months. We have informed the local telephone exchange(Bedadka station, Kasaragod area, Kannur SSA) many times. But we were told that it will take many days to repair. some of my neighbor's phone also not working. The BSNL authority is not showing any responsibility and many of the customers has changed to other service providers. There is rumor that they are intentionally not servicing the phone in order to support private service providers. The line[protected] is also not working for last 2 months ans still there is no action from the department. But the customers still have to pay the telephone bill.

So here i am requesting you to take action to solve this problem and greatly appreciating it.

there was no response.
Recently bsnl provide WLL connection with same number. But it starts same problem again.

myself Sasidharan, I would like to report a complaint of Kuthiravattom exchange nearby Kodukulanji, chengannur, aleppy, kerala. This exchange is filled with lot of corrupted and irresponsible staffs. I am working in Delhi. I have only landline connection to contact with my family. Unfortunatly last 2 months my landline phone is not working. whenever i report it to kuthiravattom exchange they are not responding.
Although i have to pay monthly rent without using phone

I am working in abroad. My wife and childrens are living in Kerala.Our tlephone No.[protected].This land line is not working since last six months .She complaints several times in the complaint sections, but no body responds yet.Now we have only Mobile source to contact every were . So please consider this case and get ready as soon as possible.

as my land is dead I have given a complaint to bsnl kerala on 10/2/11.but no responce .what can i do .i think bsnl staff is the most irresponsible person in this world .they are not at all doing their work

I have been struggling from the issue that My phone is not working and dead response since 19Feb 2011 .I am registering each complaints in 198 one after another and contacted nearest Exchange Padichira . But it is very critical bad response from responsible Authority .Being a government firm it should be more liberal to the customers and reliable.But the Authority has no shake at ll their head.


Could I get any Help from responsible Authority..
