i am subcriber bsnl anant cellone. my no.is [protected] i want change my plan anant to saral anant .i had already message CHGPLN ANANT TO SARAL, 53733 date 3rd sept.2008 and also complain to customer care, complain no.2959969 date 6th sept.2008 but till now days not change my plan . my request is that kindly change my plan anant to saral at the earliest prakash sandil mob. no[protected]

Last Saturday I have applied for a new connection line for Broad band connection. But I need also a ADSL modem from BSNL. So please issue me a new ADSL modem for this purpose.My mob. no- [protected].

Inspite of repeated reminders, my broadband land telephone[protected] has been still lying out of order for last 5 days. I have tried different telephone numbers of Santoshpur exchange or Ranikuthi but no response came...those telephones are ringing aftef ringing.

My docket no. is W-7820.

Please look into this matter seriously.

I have not received any bill from may 2010 to till february 2011 and you have cut of the connection from june 2010. I also gladly accepted for ur kind disconnection, now i hv received one bill from ur office through speed post on 3.3.11 therefore request u may plz adjust the bill amount for 10-may-10. and 10-july-10 from my security deposite. After adjustment if the amount is due plz send the same for payement.

I am a subscriber of BSNL Kolkata, under Jadavpur exchange. my tel.no. is 24173763, Customer ID : [protected], Account No : [protected]. My payments were made through ECS but from Dec'19 onwards the payment were not made through ECS why ?. Now, one telephone call has received in my landline no. asking me for payment of due amount physically at Ranikhuti exchange. The online payment option is there in January 2020 bill No EDCWB[protected] dated 06.01.2020 due date is 27.01.2020 for Rs.1035/-. If I pay the bill online will there be problem. There is problem in paying physically in cash that's why ECS option was given. The bill for last 10 years paid through ECS only. Please reply.
