land line not working
My land line No is 04852261949, My exchange Vazhakulam. My phone was dead for 2 weeks. Since now BNSL not even taken a single step to clear the problem.

Sir my land line telephone is not working before four days, I complained three times in tigiria & athagarh office there are no responds for my cmplain, kindly solution my problem as soon as possible.

Since date of installation (one year) the telephone has gone completely dead every alternate month, each time for about a month. The electronic complaint booking does not accept the copmplaint saying that the number is non existing. I am not in a position to go each and every time to the area manger (Banaswadi) and to the Telephone exchange (Krishnaraja puram- Bangalore) to explain the situation.

Dear sir,
This is your kind information that, I am a subscriber of BSNL Land Line No. 0484 2749513 in Arakkunnam exchange. Since one month before this connection was not working. 2 weeks before we given complaint, but till now we did not get connection. My parents so old, I can't communicate with them so far. So please do needful. So many times we approached to exchange but no use at all. Kindly consider my complaint and take action immediately.

Dear Sir,
My name is Sheetal K. Kucheriya staying at MIDC Jalna. Since 9 th Jully 2010, our land line number 02482-221149 is not working. We have inform to the concern department, They have given the Coplaint No. 12976. Till date our telephone is dead and due to that my business is hampparing. I also have my old parants at home.
I kindly request you to look into this serious matter.

my telephone number is 23419665, which is not working since 15-09-2010.I had registered the complain on 17-09-2010. but till today no action is taken.
All the dues are paid on time till today.and if this is the service i am getting even i am prompt,then better remove my connection along with broadband connection.
I will get better connection.
20 days to get the land line corrected ,,,shame on BSNL........
What higher authorities are doing,,, taking money on time ,,cant they provide good service to their customers...

These bloody nonsenses are yet billing the Customers for NO SERVICE.
Is somebody there in the BSNL who can look at the issues of Customers ? BSNL people are of no worth except filling their pockets. All these Goverment undertaken should immediately be privatised so that Public get at least a good Service.

My land line no 06712802027 is not working since August 2010.In this regard I had lodged complaints earlier and also to the Officers concerned on 21.01.2011.Now bills after bill are coming ,but without any service. Nigam darshi Tripathy

Inspite of repeated reminders and complaints, my residence landline number (0373-2383352) has been un serviceable for the last 15 days. I lodged few complaints on consumer forum. An official called up from Delhi to enquire on this issue but there has been no progress.
No dial tone or internet connection.
I have called up the following numbers of BSNL but it has been of no use.

My land line Tel # 020 2582 1505 is not working from 04/08/2011.Complaint Docket 002536. There is no definite reply from concerned staff of BSNL and every time they promise that in a day it will start.The dependance on land line and associated Broad Band is creating difficulties.

I have a bsnl lind line with number 224287 with broadband connection. I'm facing a strange problem with my landline i'm unable to make calls from my landline and i lodged a complaint against this in telephone exchange and line men said that there is problem in your internal wiring. We rechecked the wiring and found no errors and i can receive call to my landline out going calls from my landline are not working to mobile, STD and other landline number.
I even mailed greivence cell of BSNL regarding this issue and i had no reply from them i need this issue to be solved by BSNL as soon as possible.

Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that my BSNL(0484-2591592) phone is not functioning properly since the last 25 days. I request you to kindly inform me regarding the procedure through which my phone can be surrendered as I do not wish to keep this phone any more, due to the poor services rendered. Inspite of repeated complaints to the Telephone Office no positive response has been received.I complained to 198 many times and one person came and checked. He gone after saying that cable is fault. I waited again many days and no one came there. After that i called to bsnl pbvr. but no response...
Being a senoir citizen the phone is a necessity for my father but instead it has become a burden as I am paying charges for a phone which does not work properly.
Please take this message as urgent as I am thoroughly dissappointed with my phone services.

My Land Line Telephone with broadband connection often going out of order since last six months. in spite of repeated request to concerned authority, they are not taking any interest to restore the faulty telephone line. Concerned authority may please be instructed to restore the telephone in order.

land line not working from 20/03/2013
Our land line number is 0484 2576282 not working last one month. We have registered the complaint in automated fault booking but still there is no response. The concern person please look into this issue at the earliest.
