Hi,Our landline is dead since 2 days. I am unable to log a complaint also because the number to which i called up, people dont even pick up to respond!

Good Morning sir,I am K.Ravinarayanan(Manager Micro Insurance,LIC). I have installed broadband connection of bsnl during september 1st week. but now due to the problem in telephone line the broadband connection is not working properly.therefore we could not browse the net properly. if this problem continues the payment for monthly rent for broadband connection is not justified. please rectify it immaediaterly. we have already booked three complaints but no action was taken. we are residng in east tambaram.please rectify it.our landline no is 22392275 and my mobile number is [protected]. thanking you

500c — LAND LINE NOT WORKING
I HAD APPLIED FOR A BROAD BAND CONNECTION ON 7TH OF OCT.09. AFTER MANY EFFORTS I GOT THE BROADBAND INSTALLED AT MY HOUSE NO 1458 PHASE 3B2 MOHALI HAVING NO[protected]. BUT SURPRISINGLY HAVING DONE MANY COMPLAINTS MY LANDLINE IS STILL OUT OF ORDER. HAD IT BEEN A PRIVATE CO. THINGS WOULD HAVE BEEN OTHERWISE.MANY COMPLAINTS ON 1500 BUT WITHOUT RESULTS Sir,
I applied for transferring my Land line[protected] to neighboring building from my home. These two buildings are only 80metres apart. I applied it on specified format from my nearest customer care centre (Perintalmanna, Malappuram) on 20/09/2009. But even after one month there is no progress on this matter.
