[Resolved]  BSNL Landline — Phone died from last 30 days

Mostly my land line connection remains out of order and no body cares even after so many complaints at local SDO/JE level. Due to this behaviour I am not in position to even use my free calls. If there is any authority who sincerely pay attention to my complaint and get the phone fault get right.

If you are not able to provide the service you may disconnect immediatly, i dont want your internet service i have lots of compeny so plzzz do something. I m really fed up of this BSNL. last time i called my local area bsnl office and he said me i am not able to work in your complen and he also said do what you want so tell me what i can do sir...

MY TEL NO.[protected] IS DEAD SINCE PAST 30 DAYS AFTER GOING TO VARIOUS DEPT. OF BSNL UNR. THE WORK IS STILL NOT DONE AND THERE IS NO RESPONSE FROM ANY ONE.

MY TELEPHONE NO IS 27493006 AND THERE IS FAULT IN PHONE LINE FOR WHICH I HAVE BOOKED COMPLAINT SOME 15 TO 18 DAYS AGO.NEITHER THE LINE MEN IS COMING NOR THE PHONE IS IN ORDER. PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHOM SHOULD I CONTACT FOR SET RIGHT MY PROBLEM.

BSNL — BSNL- THE LAZIEST OFFICER I COULD HAVE EVER SEEN

I bought a sim for Rs. 50 In which I recd. 50 Rs. talktime and thereafter I recharged with Rs. 98 for Internet in Data card.Rs 50 talktime I recd. but the amount paid for net was not taken into account by your co. & so my Rs. 50 Deducted from my account and my balance becomes NIL.Your dealers said when I asked to him that it was network problem with BSNL.


Kindly resolve this matter ASAP and get my account recharged with Rs. 50.My no. is [protected]

my phone no is[protected] &[protected] my phone become dead since 30 days in which one has broadband connection I gave min. Rs. 1500 as a rent. I have complaint so many time to local officer but nobody responding me. DP line is cut in the road no one take response. My telephone is working only 5-6 days in a month. If you are not able to provide the service please left my atleast Bill amount which department charge from June, 2011.

Phone is dead from last 2 days-
My land line BSNL phone no.[protected] is dead due to the cut of landline wire from DP. Somebody is regularly cutting the wire every day; hence, you are requested to please change the DP place from existing wall to another location, so that the problem of this type can be solved.

BSNL — Non-working for last 20-30 days

My telephone No.[protected] is not working since 20-30 days. Despites of repeated complaints, no response. Immediate rectification is needed.

I am boking the complaints for the last 2months, the service man Checks the complaint, but not rectified if the same problem persists
i am reciving the same complaint. i Booked complaint weely 3 time in Exchange and informed Local AE also and escalated to dgm level
and sending mail to AGM but still no one not taking any action. i am highly dissatisfied with your service.

Please suggest me what to do ? I need there any other solution.

As I m an old customer of BSNL Landline, My phone no is[protected], i would like to pay your attention towards my problem, sir most of time my phone is out of order/ hang, regarding that I have complained it to concern office, but I could not found any permanent solution till DDT, i[censored] count my phone is out of order more than 2 months out of 3 & also receiving rental bill for the same. I have taken jodi offer but i m not benefiting it. So i request u either discontinue my no. or do the necessary action agst it.
