Sir,
My phone bill always exceeds Rs.1200 per month.Seeing that Ihave checked the usage of my BSNL landline phone.But the bill amount has not changed a bit yet.
I am quite eager to know the bill details of my telephone number (033)24304411.For a long time I have been trying to find the correct helpline number and make an application regarding the foresaid problem.Unforetunately I have failed to get such helpline number or proper guidance from BSNL.Atlast, being very worried about this problem I am forced to lodge a complaint here.
I will be very much obliged to you if you find a solution to my problem.Thanking you.

i am using the services of BSNL from last three years. my phone no is 01232-230251. last year, BSNL persons dig some whole near our telephone line. due to which, we are suffering from cross-connection. therefore, all privacy is distubed.
we had made many complaints to modinagar exchange. but everytime, the problem is not solved. we are still suffering from this problem very much. p-lease take some strict action, otherwise discontinuation will be the better option.

we are using bsnl landline in our office since last 8 years, since last 8 year there was no problem at all but now a days we are facing the problem of not receiving the hard copy of our bill since last 5-6 months we also complain in your head office of gujarat but they not responding on phon so please solve your problem as soon as possible.

Dear Sir,
We have a BSNL landline connection at Kushinagar office (Number 05564-246153). which has Rs. 11955/- Bill for the month of May-June 2008 and Rs. 4001/- bill for the month of July-August 2008. We want know the details of this bill.

we r using bsnl landline phone sinse last one yr.at gotri vadodara the phone no is 0265-2370402 but we dont receive our bsnl bill on our particular address.and also we took the scheme of 111.00 but we dont get any effect on our bill
