[Resolved]  BSNL Landline — bill details of my landline

Why isn't there a facility to check the call details of the landline phone on net. Is the BSNL company afraid to know that some wrong calls are made from the phone. It is our right to know the call details. Previously this facility was available on the net. Why has this been stopped.

BSNL Landline — bsnl landline(0731-2550701) not working from 45 days

my phone is not working since last 45 days. i have complained for it many times.
my number is[protected].
also they dont listen to the problem carefully.
They always make a excuse of cable fault, but i dont consider this problem should take this much amount of time.
they provided me a substitute tarang phone but this also not in a working condition.
They have given me the number of their sdo. I tried many times, he dont pick up the phone.
i visited GM office 3 times. but their is no action till now i dont know what to do now.
also they have send me the bill of last month, which i should not pay because it was not working in that month

BSNL Landline — Need duplicate bills of July, August and September months

I have not been getting BSNL Land Line bill statements since 2 months and unable to get same even on bsnl.co.in site as well.

sir,i have a bsnl landline connection number[protected] ,which has not been working from july dated 21st 2009.i informed my area exchange concerned persons for so many times but no action still today onwards,
so please you take action for this problem,its my humble request.
i hope to get my connection working as soon as possible with this complaint letter.
