Sir, My phone bill always exceeds Rs.1200 per month.Seeing that Ihave checked the usage of my BSNL landline phone.But the bill amount has not changed a bit yet. I am quite eager to know the bill details of my telephone number[protected].For a long time I have been trying to find the correct helpline number and make an application regarding the foresaid problem.Unforetunately I have failed to get such helpline number or proper guidance from BSNL.Atlast, being very worried about this problem I am forced to lodge a complaint here. BSNL Landline — 3 months to issue a landline connection

We applied for land line connection in BSNL 3 months back. wheneveer we call them they say a new reason but we are not issued the landline yet.

i had given complain for my bsnl landline which is dead for last 12 days but bsnl personnel r sitting ideal like lords with hands crossed (I think there r sleeping) so now bill will come that wont come half (only for 15 days) no 2254858

BSNL — Landline billing issue

Paid about Rs. 1300+ (1 year tariff plan, @ Rs. 100 per month + taxes) for BSNL land line in July 2009. During their software migration / upgradation, it has converted to some other plan automatically (Rs. 200+ / month). After repeated complaints, they have corrected my plan but effecting Nov 2009. Now they want me to pay more amount for the period July - Oct 09 which is unethical!!
