Please look at the trail of mails exchanged with your BSNL - Chennai, There is no response till today. The service is Pathetic and poor despite repeated requests. FURTHER BSNL HAS BEEN USED FOR AGES BY MY FAMILY AND THAT IS THE CONSIDERATION WE ARE RETAINING. Today the competitor pricing on Communication is lower than BSNL. I have no great love to hold on to BSNL. But as a consumer i have right to get reply for thier poor responses. I am also prepared to move to Different landline service provider and thier service to customer seems to be instant.

It is purely your perrogative to avoid service to the consumer. But it is my perrogative to take service from different service provider, who are instant in providing connection.
BSNL image of decades should work better, but instead it is pathetic.

Choice is yours if you want to resolve it resolve, otherwise forget it , i will move to competitors, seeking disconnection from BSNL.

I am requesting and reminding you once again, Please rectify, if you think you do not want to satisfy the request, you are free to say so. I will look at alternate telephone service provider who is willing to install in 24 hrs.
Please understand the cost of communication is cheaper by other service providers.

Choice is yours, need be you can rectify or not.

When i had called up you bsnl complaint number ending with 11191, to check the status , i got a recorded message which says " Your service has been impacted by major source Outed"

I dont seem to understand what meaning it conveys ?

Can I request your goodselves to clarify and rectify the problem on my line.

your complaint telephone number ending with 11191, is not able to generate docket number. I had to get the information from 1500 - call centre and Docket number is [protected] complained on 8.3.12 and position indicated is no 14.

My telephone bearing the above number is dead, with indication " Line in Use" displayed on the monitor.
When i complained vide bsnl complaint telephone number, the message is not clear and it says your "source is disturbed due to Major fault voltage" or whatever.

Can you do the needful by advising the concerned

BSNL — Poor telephone service and pathetic customer service

I belong to BPO where customer experience is considered to be the utmost priority. I have been dealing with many of the customers with many problems that we have been able to solve in courteously and amicably. So I expect the same kind of treatment from my service provider. Firstly i fail to understand why BSNL has customer service dept. These folks do not have any product knowledge, no idea about how to answer call and many other things which might make them die of shame. They are simply no match to the other companies who came much after BSNL and have trounced them from the monopoly. BSNL employees are still the same even after so much of loss. In fact, every govt organisation is like that only. I pray to god that I never come across any problem that might involve me to visit govt offices. God knows if making complaint on this site is going to yield anything cause again some govt agency is going to look into this and again they will be asking for all those things which may not be feasible. This is why I have decided not to pay single penny towards what I owe to BSNL. God forbids but time is near when BSNL will have to ask for bail out if they don't change there attitude towards customers.
