BSNL Landline - poor service

My landline no. 0571-2706442 has not been working from past one week.It always been a horrible task to get it repaired. No complain is attended by phone , I ve a doubt whether Customercare exist or not. The staff is always unresponsive and calls are either disconnected or put on hold.
I always ve to take a Rickshaw and spend time & money to just make them write a complain.
sir, I m a seniorcitizen and want to keep d land line.
Please, improve your services do not irritate the consumer so much.Though I ve made the complain(no.920) on monday there is no response till now.
I ve got fed up now. My address is co Hashim Ali, 94 Garib Manzil , Dodhpur, Aligarh

i am using bsnl landline (0250-2455836) from last 15 years. from last 5 years my phone goes dead most frequently also if phone is working and if i make a call manier times the call gets connected to a third person. there is a constant sound and noise. i made several complaints. the technicians comes and rectify this. than a confirmation call comes to me asking is it ok. i try to tell them after 2-3 days again i shall face the same problem. they tell right now is it ok. than i have to say yes but again and again i face same problem. please help me

i, resident of vhaibhav nagar, phase 2, flat no.8, pimpri pune-411017 do not have landline connection in our area, our resiedent come into existence 7 yr back but we till do not have lanline connection here.i along with the member of my residents have made many complaints, but no responce have been made yet. i hope action will be taken soon.
 
few days ago i shifted my residance quarter to new location and applied to transfer my landline connection a week ago.i enquired for several times but no proper responce recived from the bsnl people.

My landline no 05322266519 remains out of order very frequently with the result I am unable to use my broadband internet .Whom do I contact to ensure that it is functional on a daily basis.

Dear Sir,

We have 2 land line connection ( 0676 2225825 & 06762226807 ) .we are payment last 4 month with late charges (Rs.-70/-) because . we are not found regularly bill last 4/5 month. So kindly send my email ID ( surendra.meher@theworld.co.in / skmeher00@gmail.com ) as on time . so that we can pay before last date...
