Respected Sir,
I am a war-widow, my husband died in "OPERATION MEGHDOOT"
and further treated as MARTYR. I have a bsnl land line no. i.e.01274- 251627 and from past 7-8yrs I have paid Rs. 60 as monthly rental but
from past few months I have charged with Rs. 120 p.m. Regarding
this I asked everybody in Bsnl but same amount is charged every
month.

MY LAND LINE NO.2741697/ ACCOUNT NO.[protected] IAM USING TELEPHONE FOR THE LAST 6 YEARS. THIS MONTH OCT-14 I GOT HUGE BILL WITHOUT ACTUAL USING, AS IN THE MONTH OF OCT-14 DUE TO HUDHUD CYCLONE THE TELEPHONE WAS NOT WORKED AROUND 25 DAYS. BUT RECEIVED A HUGE BILL RS.766/- WHICH IS INCORRECT.
HENCE IT IS REQUESTED TO ARRANGE TO RECTIFY THE SAME AT THE EARLIEST PLEASE.
