voice is not ok

my landlines phone voice is not OK for last one years.i have boOKed any complained but not action by company.my phone no is 01972265936.please taken action quickly

My landline no is 0251-2603978. It is not working properly since one month. Several complaints have been made. It is very noisy and a lot of disturbance is there in my line.. Cant hear properly. No lineman has visited my place . I have made several requests. Pl do the needful.
