i an a bsnl customer with mobile number [protected]. I have subscribed for gprs on dec20, 08 by rs.197. But due to networks's technical reasons i were unable to use this service from jan.7 to jan.11.Due to this problem i have complained again and again(Complaints numbers A[protected] rekha 8jan 7.05am, A[protected] rakesh 9.23am 10jan A[protected] rahul 12.30pm 11jan Since this service is for 30 days, it is clear that i faced a loss of 5 days. But when i contacted customer care, they were refused to extend my service by 5 days. This is the case of cheat and fraud. Please do something.

I activate my prepaid gprs since a week ago, till now my gprs is not activated...

I am a pre-paid customer. My GPRS is alredy activated. But I can't access the Internet since 1 yr. Pls tell me the problem in details & pls try to solve it. I live in COOCH BEHAR.

I am facing the problem with GPRS. The GPRS works fine within my home circle (UP WEST) & outside the home circle except haryana. I complaint to the customer care representatives sevral times but they are unable to fix this problem. Several times I am within haryana from my official work & I face too much problem without this service. Please ask Haryana BSNL department why they do not connect UP West roamers with GPRS. Although it works fine in Delhi, Punjab, Himachal. Please take this matter to the department, I shall be thankful to you.

The GPRS APN address of BSNL east zone is changes as gprseast.cellone.in since 27.05.2009. Previously it was www.e.pr
I have set the APN as www.e.po and working till 9/6/2009 evening.. then it is not working anymore even though I have change to gprseast.cellone.in
I m also same problem. I change the apn address as gprseast.cellone.in but internet is not connected and customer care of bsnl is very poor. They are not able contact easily. This problem is from last 1 month.

57 days ago i gave a complain but from bsnl customer care there is no response till date. recently i had gone to kerala and found that in kerala, ap and tamilnadu the wap service is running effectively and very fast. but when i came to orissa the service is stop and not working. why this type of problem, kindly confirm me. my mobile no. is [protected].
My GPRS sim got locked. It is asking for the puk code and I do not know it. What to do?
My GPRS has not been working from last friday, 11of this month, and I have been calling up customer care every day, and they say they have solved my problem and it will work.. but it is not working at all. It gives me a error 734, evrytime I try to connect.. Have tried changing all settings as per the [protected] customer care have said, but it is still not working.

My GPRS is not working since 07.10.2009. Is there any change of APN address which was gprseast.cellone.in. My mobile number is [protected].
i am using cell one pre paid service mobile no.[protected]. a deduction of rs 25/- is being made every month from my prepaid voucher. i don't know how to stop it. please stop the deduction at the earliest.

bsnl is very poor response by gprs activate in my mobile.I am sending gprs activate messege many times.It always reply your request for activaion of gprs is received and under process.wait for confirmation sms.But three weaks ago i am not activate gprs.bsnl is not response in customer service.bsnl will loss many customer.
