3G signal is very very low at H. No-159/75/1-C, Bhusauli Tola, Allahabad. So, unable to use internet services.

From the past 6 months chat service providers from 55888015 and 5400030 are dedecting Rs 15 & Rs 30 without my consent monthly.Inspite of giving repeated complaints to coustamer care the deduction is not stopped and later i started noting the complaint nos. the complaint nos are

And also i Have given no of messages to stop the deductions but of no use.
Finally I have given PORT message to
1900 and also told my complaint.Inspite of all these things though all the Cos Care persons and the Nodal Officers promise that from next month onwards deduction will not take place but the deduction continues. All my family members use BSNL service numbers and I have told Bsnl personnels that I will not use BSNL numbers in future also then also these people dont care.Yesterday also Bsnl nodal officer talked to me after receiving a complaint vide no BX871787 and he asked why I am opting for change of Service and I told my problem and after lessening He just kept the phone without any answer or counseling, he does not care for coustamer .Pl kindly look in to the mater and refund the deducted amount and do the needful otherwise I have no other option expect to Discard this Sim or go to consumer court for justice.

this is mujeeb, mobile num [protected].
i wnt to activate 13 rs of sms offer but no one retailer has not ready to recharge(easy recharge),
thats why i am sending through sms to 53733 but this num also not activating this offer.even i have saficient balance.
whenever i called custmer care to activate about this they also not responding good,

Sir my number [protected] is activated 56505 master blaster pack atomaticaly. And my balance is also reduced Rs.5/- for 15 days. When i call custumer care then, they say to send a sms 'unsubscribe' to 56505 when i send this sms. and there is no resut about this matter . So Please deactive this message.

I m in position of 02 Nos of Mobile No [protected]-92 of BSNL but since last 10-15 days BSNL service is very harrassing and after a 10-15 second call is muting and v attempt for a another call and same is going on. in this way v r facing financial as well as mentally harrasment from both the nos of BSNL . therefore may I request u kindly rectify the problems and give a +ve response to yours customers who is stay with u since last 8 years...
