BSNL — Broadband is broken every other day | |||
Hi, I am resident of Sector 82, NOIDA. I have BSNL broadband connection which used to break every other day. When you log a complaint through call center, there is no response even you wait for 7 days. The concerned officer always says that the problem is from back end and will never tell who is this back end. He used to say the fibre cable is cut. Was this information helpful? | |||

I am the business of ecommerce and my entire business heavily relies on Internet.
BSNL is not worth. I've used it and will never recommend it again.
Local ISP provider Durga Enterprises owned by Mr.Grover is not reliable either.
Mainly they do not have backup during power cuts in summers.
Deployed poor network infrastructure and switches, it doesn't even start to rain and you are disconnected.
I tried Tata wimax for 2 years but the plans are not economical and their speed is fluctuating all the time.
Not only that. Even after having a prepaid tata wimax service, if you don't want the service for 2 months, they send recovery agent just like post paid to remind you to pay!!!
I was in UK for 2 months and told the customer care when they called me that I will renew my subscription once I'm back in India. When I returned, they already took away the wimax CPE from the roof.
Since that day I hate tata wimax services.

Once i asked their so called techical expert, why is your server always down, what operating system it runs on ?? His answer (Oracle) made me laugh, as he is not even aware what an operating system is??

I have switched over to tata, but plans are not good. Kendriya vihar association is not allowing Airtel.
Please Read the story and lets gather people to Get Airtel.
