I have got the broadband plan 299 and I want to change the same to plan 525. please help me in this regard.

My Land Line Nos[protected] and[protected] are not working properly since Last one week. I think it is perhaps dead. so plz solve it as soon as possible.

my land line no was dead 2 month.although i have gave a complain to the DGM, SDO.but it is very sad that he gave me consulation to repair the line as far as possible.but still now their is no work proceeding on my no[protected], kendrapara, benipur exchange.i am n't belive this type service from bsnl.so pls reply me what can i do?

With due respect we the villagers of kuspangi want to complain why the Wimax signal is installed in the Banki itself, because it has teh wired lines connection as well.

Here we do not have wired line as well as Wimax coverage.
We want to complain for JTO and SDO of Banki cuttack circle, not interested to gave the connection in those villages where the WIMAX signal is bad.

The BIG QUESTION IS if wiredbroadband is available in banki why wimax is given in that area., where peoples from other area and not able to get the connection in rural villages as well.

My telephone is not working since 10 years due to road works, Now the road construction work already completed from 2 years back & Now I want to take the same connection & already deposited the amount of Rs.250.00 for the same. I am giving complain many of times to the dept. several times and there is no response from dept also my phone is not connected .

We have taken BSNL internet connection on telephone no.[protected]. We are facing problem in browsing for long duration, my net connection get disconnected every 10 minutes. Since Last one week it is totally dead. We are informing the S.D.O, / J.E and also informing through the phone call register for repairing but no action have been taken from our local telephone exchnage, Panikoili & Jajpur Road branch office till now.

So please solve it as soon as possible.

By this message I want to draw attention of S D O Cuttack towards my complain for my land line No [protected] docket No is [protected] Dt 1st April 16, On 8th April 16 I got a message from B S N L that my problem is resolved. But nothing was done, on contacting Sri Bhagawan Sahoo our area line man We came to know that there was cable fault .After some days the cable man came and done some thing and after that my telephone got dail tone but another 3 lines are connected with this No. I cannot receive my calls .It is my request to S D O Cuttack to either resolve my problem or with draw my connection permanently.
