Our phone is dead for the past 4 days. The phone number is 2534 2835. Please do the needful.

My phone bearing no o[protected] is not working for past 24 hours, pls kindly do rectify immediately.

My phone bearing no[protected]/15/16/17 is not working for past 72 hours, pls kindly do rectify immediately.

My Landline phone Number[protected] is not working since 2 weeks. We have already given one complaint on 11th July, for which the Service Engineer has not turned out, Instead he written in the logs that the door lockeda dn closed the case, while at home, my mom is sick since 3 weeks and taking bed rest, and our home is unlocked for nearly 20 days for now. How injustice can this BSNL service be by simply saying door locked? Need Resolution at the earliest. thank you.

Hi, My phone is dead from past 3 days and I'm fed up with your customer care service department kirkee, pune. I'm not able to use internet service just because of my BSNL Landline not working. Currently my financial conditions are not good and internet is the only thing where I can do my business, I'm totaly handicap without my landline.

Telephone not working for the past one week

I had a connection of a WILL phone with the number[protected]. On the 6th of October 2008, your employee namely Mr. Narayan installed another landline(for broadband use)with a number[protected] and activated the same and took away the old instrument. From the 10th of October 2008, this line has been dead. Please activate the same immediately.

In continuation of my complaint dated 15th October, 2008 . It was rectified on 15 th October, 2008, but the phone is dead again on 16th morning. I request you repair the same on permanent basis and also provide STD connection to my phone no[protected].

My telephone no. 2740 1399, Amberpet, Hyderabad, has become dead from last one week, several times complaints booked, but there is no response from bsnl officials. i request the concerned will look into the matter urgently.
