sir,
my telephone is not working for the past 25 days. my telephone number is[protected]. i gave complaint immediately, but there is no response from them . i pesonally went and met the line man and field engineer. even then they have not repair the fault.
please kindly look into my problem and help me to avoid the rental for this period.

our telephone line is not working since from 2 days, we are unable to make any incoming and outgoing calls form that .we are having on bsnl services at our offices .We are facing a problems with this services .We want you to take the quick action against the above mentioned problems .or you people suggest us for the other alternate services of the company.

LAND LINE NOT WORKING FROM 8 TO 10 DAYS FIRST I TRIED TO CALL ANAJ MANDI TELEPHONE EXCHANGE BUT NOBODY RECIVING THE PHONE.WHEN I WENT TO OFFICE BY 9 / 9:30 / 10:00 AM NOBODY IN THE OFFICE THEN I LAUNCHED MY COMPLAIN ON 198 COMPLAIN NO 9206 TILL TODAY 27/06/2008 NO RESPONCE THEN I WENT TO OFFICE AT ANAJ MANDI AND TOLD SECURITY IF THEY CANT WORK I WILL BRING MY LOCK AND LOCK THIS OFFICE BECAUSE YOU PEOPLE DON'T WANT TO WORK.

from[protected] we are facing a bad net service from BSNL we were trying to reach you and even we place a complaint for net issue (time out and very very slow download and upload) with complaint no: 254 with a telephone no:[protected]. Still now its not retified and more over the time we spoke to the customer care of BSNL the next second our telephone line is dead we are unable to make and also recieve call. We are not satisificed with your service either in net and telephone pls take a quick action as we are loosing lakhs of rupees on which we invested.

Hi our BSNL land phone is not working since last 1 month. Despite personal complaints at the exchange the complaint is not attended.Due to this we are not contact with his family. I think no any person in BSNL to solved this issue.

my phone[protected]had a cross connection problem last month, a very bad reception, and a lot of interruption durin I.S.D Calls while talking on ISD calls the recorded IVR kept playing which was a nuisance i had dialed for the complaint, i also have a problem with the wire connections of the modem, my internet is slow . plz see that i would not have further inconvenience please improve you ISD IVR system, at times it gets stuck playin the same thing again and again

My BSNL phone has been out of order for more than ten months. After much of pestering, complaining and running around it was set right last week. But alas..withing 2 days the construction workers destroyed the telephone cables while "expanding" the National Highway ( thanks to the flyover and metro rail coming up on the Bangalore - Tumkur Highway). Now the good old folks of BSNL are holding the NHA ( National Highway Authority) for digging up and tampering the wires...we are supposed to get a rebate of around Rs.8, 000 from BSNL ( for the internet broadband charges since Jan-08, though we have not used it even once since then)..Had this rebate not been the case we would definitely have disconnected the connection.

Not sure how much of a resolution would i get by posting this complaint..but i atleast i wanted to make the people reading my complaint, to realise the gravity of the issue and the caulousness of the BSNL staff

I was maintaining zero balance as on 1st july 2008. But for two months I did not receive nil statements, but suddenly, for sept 2008 I received a debit of rs.1592.79 including 400 rs as late fee.

how rs.1121.24 has been debited
how you can debit late fee without informing by phone
your call centre never works. not possible to interact

i am the person behond sec'bad main br to change vaastu and increase banking account span

immediate reply expected by phone as well as email for the above shortcomings

BSNL Village landline — Not Working Properly from Past 8 Years

Dear sir/madam
From the past 8 years I am using BSNL landline phone my exchange address is-- sathapaady exchange. mettur (Tk) Salem (Dt)Pin-636451.tamilnadu.. the thing is from the beginning not only my exchange, neighbor hood exchanges also not working properly. Caller id facility, call listing, bill referring also not available. Because of that telephone exchange operators selling the calls locally. So without using the phone our people paying telephone bills.
Now a days private networks working properly, them service also good. I[censored] cant give good service to the people what is the meaning of your service. Number of people turns over to private networks from BSNL. Kindly hear my feed back. I[censored] can’t enhance the exchange please try to make them to work properly. Thanking you…

I AM SANJOY DUTTA GUPTA OF 9, GANGAPURI;KOLKATA-93.I AM HOLDING A BSNL KOLKATA TELEPHONE PREPAID CONNECTION([protected]) SINCE 2004, BUT FROM 8TH JAN`09 I CAN`T SENT ANY SMS FROM MY TELEPHONE(i, e [protected] ).I MADE COMPLAIN TO BSNL LOCAL CUSTOMER CARE CENTRE([protected]) THREE TIMES FROM 8TH JAN.THE LAST COMPLAIN NO IS 376295.
THEY ALWAYS REPLIED TO WAIT AND THEY WILL CALL BACK ME.BUT TILL TODAY THERE IS NO REPLY FROM THE END OF BSNL KOLKATA TELEPHONE.FOR YOUR KIND INFORMATION IT IS ALSO TO BE NOTED THAT I USED THEIR SMS CALL DEDUCTION CARD ON 23RD OR 24TH DECEMBER 2008 AND RS. 43 IS LEFT IN MY ACCOUNT.BUT TILL TODAY I CAN`T USED THE SMS
SERVICE WHICH IS BLOCKED BY MY SERVICE PROVIDER.I DONT KNOW WHAT ARE THEY DOING TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM.ITS MY REQUEST YOU PLEASE TAKE NECESSARY ACTION TO
