Prepaid — Sms charges
Hi,My name is Anoop.
I am holding one prepaid connection with Airtel. This connection was taken on 4th of December.
Now the issue is, after the activation i called up the customer service to know the call charges and someone informed everything about the same then i asked them how i can reduce the call and sms charges.
As per the information i did one 65Rs recharge to reduce the call charge and one 29 Rs recharge for getting free sms for one month or 290.
Period for ending this service not yet come and i didn't sent up to 290 sms but my offer has been discontinued.To day i called up on the customer service three times to know why this happen to me but these people are not giving me any proper feed back.Two of them transfered the call to the senior officer but he didn't pick the call for at least minimum ten minutes then i disconnected it.Both of them are saying that i didn't activated this facility but they can see that i was not charging for sms till 21 of December.
Then i asked them how this is possible if a customer didn't activate the facility then why he has not been charge.
Customer service people are asking me apologies about the same but i don't want any apologies from anyone because i am a eligible customer for getting free sms.
I am really fed-up with service because they are not trying to check why this happen to the customer.Mistakes will be there in all companies but they should rectify it but here i came to know that, this is what happening in Airtel customer service.
So if anyone can help me out from this issue your assistance will be highly appreciate....
