[Resolved]  BSNL Prepaid Mobile — Detailed Bill of prepaid mobile

I have purchased the prepaid number in the name of husband.
Last 2 3 months I paid so much amount. So, I want to check up details.
Where the call has been not disconnected.

So send me duplicate detailed bill for my prepaid No.[protected], pl. send me so soon as possible.

I have recharged my mobile No [protected] for Rs 112/- on 26 May 2009 at Vadodara. at 11.16 hrs after some times the amount shown charged was Rs 200/- . But it was wrong. After some times the whole amount dsappeared. I have complained customer care with my mobile, all assured me that charged money i.e Rs 100/- will come back but to our dismay I am lastly complaining through net that after 10 day no amount returned.

Pl do the needful and equire the matter, whose fault is there?.

BSNL — regarding bill for prepaid

i need my mobile detailed bill pls help me how to get that

"MSG TO ALL PLEASE DONT USE ONLINE PAYMENT OF BSNL".

I used online payment option from BSNL portal for my prepaid Re-charge (validity) on 6th of June 2009 for Rs 552/-, the same was deducted from my ICICI account for which i had the transaction no.

I did not receive any update msg till date its been more than 4 days, i had lodged complaint in BSNL customer care complaint no KT[protected],

There is no response from BSNL neither from the customer care.

If this is the way of their business why do they provide online payment system? My validity has expired I am unable to make a call who is responsible for the act.

Sad part is we are not aware to whom we need to contact in such case

KINDLY REQUEST OTHERS NOT USE THE ONLINE FEEATURE OF BSNL

I have a cell one mobile no. [protected]. However despite my repeated complaint to the customer care. i have many time talk to Customer care then he told me " this rupya hi to cat raha hai chale do.., Please advice me how will deactivate my caller tune

bill details of prepaid must be provided by company at free of cost on request generated by customers,
as it is helpful for receiving the amount against used for company purposes.
